  This location gets the hard things right but the easy things wrong. Hospitality is not an easy industry, bc 99% of the experience come from the staff. This location takes gold with the staff. Front desk, restaurant & housekeeping. Welcoming and friendly. Where the location falls short is in the easy stuff, cleaning. While the lobby & restaurant are clean & welcoming it ends there. Elevators were always streaky and dirty inside, hallway carpet needed a good visit from stanley steamer, and rooms could also use attention. Take the time to dust the window sill, vacum the track. Dust the small sill behind the bed & clean the base of the toilet with a small brush. A little attention to some details makes a huge difference. This location could go from good to great with a few details! And yes, I would stay again.

  Front desk service is awful!!!! Wouldn’t let us check in 1.5-2 hours early unless we paid. We have been silver elite members since 1992. Front desk staff is unfriendly and rude. Then called to tell them our toilet was over flowing and it has been 20 some minutes and no one has arrived. Called again to explain the urine is fully covering the floor and she said well I already called amd I can’t do it….they will come when they can. One would Think with urine or feces it might we be a priority. Or maybe offer to change our room. Not here. We won’t be back

  Breakfast is good. Breakfast buffet is $13.99, but has a pretty good selection of foods. Rubi was awesome at keeping the buffet stocked and was super friendly and helpful. Bar and bartenders were awesome too. Rooms are clean but the shower is really slick, so be careful not to slip. Beds are comfortable but a little on the squeaky side. Overall, nice hotel and worth the stay.

  The rooms look pretty clean but has a weird smell when first walking into the room i am upset with customer service. The front desk guy was nice but I booked a month ahead and paid extra for 2 king bed room. We call them to confirm we are coming late from a late flight and when we got here he said they have no clean rooms with a king. With paying extra for the king beds he put us in a room with queen beds. So not only I paid extra I did not recieve what I purchased.

  As a Diamond member that enjoys travels to world and staying with IHG properties with high expectations as I walk in the door, especially when I'm paying above $350 a night for a room and I had two of them. The disappointment: Early check in was requested (around 1) in advance and requested when we arrived, the staff give me the general answer of "check in after 4pm" without even checking who i was or even if the rooms were available. Thankfully we returned around 3 to check for our rooms, new staff at the desk (Sarah), wow was she simply Amazing. She was friendly, but professional, had no issue with rooms and even took care of our breakfast (which we have to ask for a refund)($16 / person buffet that lucky we didn't have to pay) it was way below IHG standards. Rooms were good, felt wet. Thank you Sarah 😊
