  This will be our 5th night's stay. Everything has been perfect with only one negative, the bathroom door doesn't completely close. Breakfast dining has been awesome! Great buffet with an extra thumbs 👍 up on the cut fruit variety! The lady that takes care of the dining area does a great job to keep everything clean and refilled, also Very Friendly!!

  Pictures on line misleading. - motel Is outdated. The. Check-in process was frustrating and confusing. I couldn't check in at 3:50 rooms weren't ready employuee said check in is at 4 ok go to the car and wait come back in at 4 one room is ready the other I had reserved we had to wait on because.check in is first come first serve they said. Also be prepared to give card for $100 per room hold for essential /amenities. Which I'm still trying to figure out what that could be? No room service available. No buying movies.

  Spent a lot of time staying here this summer, the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and very respectful, breakfast was delicious and my favorite part of the day Miss Rubi was awesome and made even the worst day seem better because of her kindness. Everyday She greeted me with a smile and thoughtful encouragement. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds are comfy and this is just an overall a great place to stay.

  We got locked out of our room for an hour, then had to be moved to another room that should have been an upgrade, but instead was worse. This was a big waste of time while we were trying to make the most of our trip. The front desk employee also had zero remorse for the situation and seemed more annoyed than happy to help. It also isn’t very clearly stated that breakfast is not included in certain room prices. Overall this hotel is mismanaged, dirty, and in need of serious updates, but it seems they put all the money into the lobby.

  First my daughter and wife checked in and the pool was completely closed. Message was left for the front office manager three times on her machine, never called back. Left two messages at the front desk. Never returned a phone call, finally got in touch with her Because I called the corporate office. She was very rude, basically said call corporate about the pool situation and hung up. Says it was posted on the website for over a week. Well that doesn’t help when you check in on a Monday, was very rude to my family and I would love to speak to the owner regarding customer service. Two of my daughter’s friends actually left the hotel because of the pool situation, they chose to stay because they could not find a vacancy in any other hotels that were priced well in such short notice. I agree with the others who stated that they would never stay at this hotel again. very disappointing and it could’ve been an easy fix to help compensate. I do have the complaint number with the corporate office if the owner needs it. They could not have been happier to check out. Please do better for future guests.
