  My husband and I drove 14 hours, so by the time we arrived around midnight, we were completely exhausted. When we checked in, we were kindly greeted by Simon, who informed us that Booking.com hadn’t updated their site and the standard queen room we booked was no longer available. Thankfully, Simon upgraded us to an executive suite free of charge, which was such a huge relief after such a long trip. We travel often, and it’s honestly hard to find people who truly enjoy their jobs and genuinely care about helping guests. Simon made our stay feel relaxing from the moment we arrived and was pleasant when i had questions. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality!

  "I had an incredible stay at the Best Western Plus in Jackson, and it was all thanks to Kara at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine southern hospitality and made the check-in process effortless.The hotel itself is fantastic—spotlessly clean, quiet, and perfectly located right off I-40. My room was spacious and felt like a home away from home with the mini-fridge and microwave. I also loved the complimentary breakfast buffet; there were so many fresh options, including a great waffle station.Kara truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from extra towels to great local restaurant recommendations. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my trip. If you’re staying in Jackson, this is the place to be. Ask for Kara—she’s the best!"

  My daughter and I arrived after 10:30 pm and were very tired. Had booked online while driving. Lexy at the front desk was very welcoming and had a great personality. The room provided was a.suite and very spacious. We were very pleasantly surprised and happy to have a kitchen with full size frig/freezer. We did have some issues and addressed them with staff when checking out. The tile floors REALLY needed a get mop. The hand towel we were provided to use on the floor was extremely dirty after being used to clean the tile floor, all the GFCI outlets had been tripped, the tub was not draining well and water would cover your feet while taking a shower. The best way for me to describe the room is that it was "tired", well used and needed some TLC. Breakfast had a nice variety but the eggs were cold.
