  It was okay. It used to be great but its not as clean or well kept as it has been the last 3 years we've visited.

  This place was amazing everyone was nice and the room was nice and beautiful this was an amazing place to stay and I will definitely be back

  Overall, we had a good stay with the family. The front desk staff was fantastic, the location was super convenient, and both the fitness center and clean pool area were highlights for us. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the breakfast was terrible, and the room wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked due to the air conditioning. It is a solid option, but improving the room cooling and breakfast quality would make a big difference.

  We had a pretty unusual experience during our stay, but the staff handled it so well that it honestly deserves a 5-star review. We booked directly with the hotels app, and when we arrived late that night and opened the door to our room… someone was fast asleep in the bed. Definitely not something you expect to see after a long drive 😂 I went back downstairs and told the front desk, “Hi… it’s me again. Someone’s sleeping in my room.” The poor guy looked genuinely concerned and immediately said, “We have so many safeguards to prevent this from happening.” It sounded like some kind of digital mix-up, especially since the day shift had just handed things over to the night shift. A HUGE shoutout to the front desk employee working that night. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name (I figured he had enough going on without me asking), but he had a cool hat and was just an all-around cool-looking guy. He handled the situation perfectly. No panic, no excuses, no arguing, and no making us jump through hoops. He apologized (even though im sure it wasn’t his fault), and got us into another room immediately. The next morning, all the guests even received a text letting us know they were updating every door lock on the property, which made me feel like the hotel took the incident seriously and was working to improve security. I also hope the poor guy we accidentally walked in on wasn’t startled- I don’t think we woke him up but still 😂 Mistakes happen. It’s life. What matters is how they’re handled, and this team handled ours exceptionally well. The front desk employee working that night absolutely deserves recognition. I wish I could thank him in person. If anyone with authority reads this review- 10/10 customer service, well done. 👍 👏

  Despite the website saying “pet friendly “ they should really put “dog friendly “. Military pcs with 2 cats and they’ve told us no cats after already booking a non refundable room . Glad they are so accommodating!
