  The hotel staff were all pleasant and friendly. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Check in and out was simple. Not one thing to complain about!

  Overall, a very nice experience. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Atmosphere was relaxing, calm and quiet. Security measures in place were appreciated.

  The chair, headboard, and ironing board are covered in dust. The room itself is very humid and has a mildew odor. The bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed. I haven't even looked in the fridge. I am quite disgusted. To update my review I asked for new sheets to include the comforter. They remade the bed with the same stained sheets.

  We arrived at your hotel on Friday. The attendant at the front desk refused our credit card without even trying it because it said PayPal on the card and wouldn't even consider it was just a credit card affiliated with PayPal. Then seemed very annoyed when we pulled another credit card out. The issues didn't stop there. We get in our room the lights being ran off a master switch (which wasn't disclosed) made it so we thought that the bathroom lights didn't work. We eventually figured that out. The room seemed nice however there was a stain on the chair which made us wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The electric outlets next to the bed didn't work at all, no matter what switch we tried. Then we tried to go use the pool. Both nights we were there, someone was hosting a pool party (with outside guests that weren't even staying at the hotel) even though upon check in, they specifically stated no parties. On the first night, there was so much water in the hallway leading to the bathroom that I let the girl at the front know, She acted like I inconvenienced her by letting her know there was a slip hazard. We eventually spoke to the manager on the 2nd night and the party died down a little but was still going on. The parking lot was full of party goers and not hotel guests. Throughout the night on both nights, there was stomping from the above floor all night long, doors slamming in the hallway (there is no way to close the door quietly) and people having full fledged conversations loudly while passing the rooms. The beds also were very hard and uncomfortable. This location had a very nice outside seating area which had a gas fire pit which would have been the only relaxing part of staying in this hotel however it was broke and maintenance stated they needed to order parts to fix it. Also you can not use the shower without getting in first to reach where you turn the water on and you are instantly hit with cold water. I expected more from a best western.

  AC didn’t work, called for maintenance. Was told “be patient”. It never kicked in and the room stayed above 80 degrees all night. Left early because we were roasting and couldn’t sleep. Room was looking “tired” with broken tiles and clumps of someone else’s hair in the carpet. $25 dollar pet fee advertised online turned into $40 when we arrived….just overall not what we were expecting from the beautiful photos online and initial appearance on arrival. Used 20,000 reward points to book this specific property over the 8000 point sister property in town really hoping for a good experience. Hate leaving mediocre reviews and hesitated doing so but I was told I’d be contacted by management and never was.
