- ECEJ CampbellJul 30, 20261.0I booked through a 3rd party website. At check-in on 7/19, I was asked for a credit card, I wrongly assumed it was for incidentals since I had already paid. That part's on me. I questioned why an amount flashed on the screen after, the nice lady at the front desk informed me she accidentally charged me for the room instead of the 3rd party account. She assured me the charge would be reversed before it had the chance to process. At check-out the next morning, I asked for documentation at check-out. A different lady checked the system and could not find a reversal, but assured me it would be fixed on 7/20. It was not. I called the evening of 7/22 when the charge hit my credit card and was instructed nothing can be done with a manager and they would call me back the next morning. I called at 7/23 at 12:30pm when I hadn't heard anything and was reassured it would happen that afternoon and the manager had been in meetings all morning but they had my contact information and would call me that day. I followed up at 5:21pm and was scolded for calling again because the manager had been busy all day and would call me when they had a chance. I gave them until 7/27 before calling again. I left my contact information again and was told the manager would call me back. I followed up 7/28 at 5:07pm and was told "she (the manager) has your contact information, she'll call you." WHEN?! I was double charged. Why am I being treated as if I messed up? Why does it take 10 days to return a phone call?

- ACadgreek comJul 6, 20265.0The facilities were so clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. When I went out in the morning, the foggy view of the mountain right in front was absolutely amazing. Everyone should definitely stay at this hotel
