  Avoid this property, it's an embarrassment Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked a suite for a family of 6 and showed up after midnight to front desk just saying they don't have any rooms. Zero explanation, we have 4 small kids so not many choices in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. They finally find 2 separate rooms so we had to split up our family and we didn't get a key to one of the rooms. The hotel and rooms are in bad shape, bad smell and overall worn out. The door secondary locks are useless, they are installed poorly. My wife was able to push through it quite easily to test the kids room. The second night we were given a 6 person suite only to find out it was already occupied so we got chased down the hallway by a rightfully angry person. The rooms are in bad shape, floor tiles are loose and lots of evidence of water damage. This hotel created so much stress and drama to what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing holiday weekend. We got very little sleep the entire weekend. We have had the IHG credit card for 10+ years and are long time Platinum Plus loyal members. The hotel management has yet to try to make this right or provide an explanation. I can't believe IHG allows this place to carry their name. Avoid at all costs.   I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The fire alarm went off three times between 2:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The air conditioner is loud and wakes you up every time it turns on; It sounds like a noisy washing machine during a spin cycle. The room smelled musty, there was visible black mold all along the bath tub, and the caulking around the toilet is filthy. The TV turned off and on constantly. The front desk staff was friendly at check in and the continental breakfast was well-stocked and good.

  This hotel is not up to code. I stayed here for one night and the fire alarm tripped 3 times over the course of the night. No fire or gas. The elevators don’t function properly. I felt unsafe from a building code standpoint. All of the guests had to leave their rooms 3 times last night and no manager showed up the next day to manage the situation. I’m a silver elite member and I stay at Holiday Inn’s consistently for my work trips. Unprofessional and unsafe experience, do not stay at this hotel.

  Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was great. Tasty breakfast too. We loved the cinnamon rolls.

  I’ve stayed in HUNDREDS of holiday inn express locations. My expectations are low. It’s a cheap hotel. Room was clean. Service at this location was fast and friendly. Breakfast was kept stocked regardless of the rush. The only problem at this location is maintenance, and it feels like a big miss. Loose toilets in public restrooms, loose bath fixtures with exposed plumbing, poorly patched wall damage and tile gaps in the bathroom, highly visible mystery stains on the window shades, damaged door jambs that look like someone tried to break in with a pry bar, loose door stop device… it was quite a list. I thought it might just be our room until I sat on a toilet in the public area and it felt like a rocking horse. Any one thing is easily overlooked. Or brought up so it can be fixed. The consistency of the state of the property simply reads like corners are regularly cut when it comes to repair and maintenance.
