  Room was so incredibly damp even the sheets were wet. Felt like I was back in Vietnam. There is mildew on ac unit, shower, bathroom walls. Bathroom door didn’t close unless you slammed it. On a positive note the water pressure in shower was amazing

  Excellent stay! Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and rooms were a very fair price. Will definitely stay here every year when I come.

  Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. When we first checked in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. We walked into someone else’s active room, and all of their luggage and personal belongings were still inside. This was a major privacy and security issue and completely unacceptable. After going back to the front desk, we were finally assigned another room—but it wasn’t even the room we had booked. We paid for a king suite and instead were given a room with two double beds. To top it all off, after a long day of traveling, we got up for breakfast only to find it had already been closed at 9:30 a.m., even though we were told breakfast was available until 10:00 a.m. Between being checked into an occupied room, not receiving the room we paid for, and the poor hospitality throughout our stay, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

  I stayed at this hotel last week. I was told the housekeeping staff had quit and it was obvious. I understand staffing issues, but my room smelled bad and there were days they came in and refreshed towels but didn’t take the trash out or make the bed. The shower door was off track so I couldn’t close it from the inside and it made the bathroom flood. Only one elevator was operating the whole week. Every time I came and went the front desk employees were either outside smoking right by the front door or sitting in the lobby watching tv. When I went to check out there was a sign saying they were with a customer so I headed to my car and was just going to try to check out with my app and the front desk person was again smoking right by the door. Very unprofessional environment. I will not stay here again.

  Upon check-In I asked to be moved from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor. I was told there were NO rooms available on the 3rd floor. Not even 2 minutes later, one of my family members in a room on the 3rd floor reported that their room had NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL. Miraculously there was a free room on the 3rd floor for them to be moved into, although we had JUST been told that no rooms were available. Our room on the 4th floor was fine at first sight. After settling in, we noticed that the sink was clogged. I informed the front desk, but they said we would have to wait until morning due to maintenance being gone for day. They couldn't even give us a plunger to try to unclog it ourselves. We were offered another room, but after a long day of traveling, unpacking, and settling in, we did not want to pack everything back up and haul it all to another room. My husband ended up buying a plunger to attempt to unclog it himself. The things that came out of it were disgusting.... we then asked the front desk if the hotel had a shopvac, but again were told that maintenance maybe had one, but we would have to wait until morning. After 30 minutes of working on the sink, it finally got to where it would go down decently. ONLY to now notice that the tub also drains slowly. We will not be attempting to unclog that!!! Hopefully the three of us will be able to get a shower without it turning into a flood. This is not a promising start to a long weekend stay. My husband is not a plumber and for as much as these rooms cost we should not be subjected to these conditions. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in this hotel.
