  We tried 3 rooms before we found one where the shower worked, the ac worked and the deadbolt worked. The service was incredible but the hotel itself needs a lot of work.

  Nice room. Pet friendly. Quiet. Breakfast was good - they had a pancake machine (which I had not seen before), eggs, sausage gravy, etc. Minor complaint, no bacon. Parking lot was well lit and not overly full.

  The room was clean but that was the only good thing about it. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The worst part overall was that both my husband and I woke up feeling sick until we got outside and got some fresh air then we could suddenly breath again. It was nice that the pool was in a heated area and that it was large. We could constantly hear people from rooms down the hall and couldn't even enjoy breakfast as staff was having a loud conversation in the back about how difficult the job was. The best staff by far was the woman at the front desk, she was very nice and helpful. I would not recommend solely because it was not at all a comfortable sleep.

  Good luck trying to sleep when there’s a guest’s refrigerator truck running all night. Ridiculous.

  The rooms were clean and nice, but the door was so heavy and hard to open/close. At one point, it took 2 people to open! And also the toilet did need some calibration, which we were able to do. Staff needs training, blonde lady is mean! Booked a room for 1 day instead of 2 by accident and instead of calling him to ask they picked up all our stuff and kicked him out!
