  Sadly typical maintenance and care issues of a lot of mid range hotels these days. The AC was off when we entered the room (it was sweltering and took a long time to cool down), and there was something in the AC that kept making noise all night. The shower head was partially broken and only at half pressure out the nozzles. The hallway and room had a musty scent. The beds were clean and relatively comfortable. We didn’t sample the breakfast. If the kitchen is maintained the same way, I don’t want to chance the food. Overall, clean but clearly not maintained like an American midrange used to be. Certainly not a value for the price point.

  Excellent hotel. I stayed there while attending a family funeral and the managers could not have been more compassionate and considerate. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

  We arrived early to this destination and check-in wasn't until 3:00 p.m. the night auditor did all she could to help us with our check in, ultimately we had to wait for the manager, I believe his name is Rick ( I may be wrong). The manager was professional and accommodating. He helped us to resolve our issue in a timely fashion which was truly appreciated since we had just completed a 12 hour drive. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Again we appreciate the customer service that we received.

  Overall excellent for the things that matter. Listing pros and cons PRO Super quiet on a Saturday night Secluded and off highway so I didn't need my white noise machine to block noises Most comfortable bed ever. Literally. I slept so well. I have arthritis and lower back and shoulder issues. I am buying this bed! Pillows also amazing. Both soft and firm styles. Clean. Shower and tub and bathroom were very clean. (No hairs anywhere is a huge plus. Good job housekeeping!) Bedding very clean. Microwave and fridge were helpful to have too. Also very clean. I prefer stairs over elevators. The stairwell was carpeted and nice! (Not all hotels have stairwells that feel safe and clean). The room darkening blinds are fantastic and seal every crack so that light won't come in. CONS Older--decor and paint colors are hideous. Bedding and towels were all white and that was nice. But paint, carpets, pictures, etc. were very unwelcoming and ugly. But this is not as important to me as clean, quiet, and comfy. Carpet in the room really needs cleaned at the very least a good carpet cleaning. Baseboards also could use a good cleaning. AC worked fine and got room nice and cool. We kept it at 69. But they have Jimmy rigged some repairs to the unit in our room (205) which I found to be aesthetically tacky. But it worked well, so it's hard to complain. Overall excellent. But based on the aesthetics, I don't think it should have costed $170 for one night. $130 would have been more accurate. It wasn't as pretty as a Hilton (which we usually stay at) but honestly the bed and the quietness made up for the aesthetics not being great. Gentleman who checked us out in the morning was super friendly! We didn't stay for breakfast. So I can't comment on that.

  Stay at this location often & always a pleasant stay. Staff super friendly & accommodating. Seems small but want to praise the management for beefing up the parking lot lighting!! I work late nights so coming back to hotel at all hours of the am/pm to a well lit lot is so nice.
