  Coffee pot was missing parts told the lady at the desk she acted as it didn't matter iam a coffee drinker t he e fold out bed the mattress is worn out not enough pillows the workers don't want to take care of nothing light on balcony and over the table doesn't work

  I was told by Coco that my reservation was canceled because I canceled it. I told her I did not. Why would I call night before and pay Booking.com if so. We spent an hour back and forth with reservations. Coco told me it was booking.coms fault and I needed to go to the couch and talk to them. I did so many times because I kept getting disconnected. I was in the middle of speaking with them when coco said she found my reservation. She began booking me and wanted my credit card because they had to have it in their files. I ask her 5 times times if they would pull another $204 dollars out of my account? The answer “no” was given all 5 times as well as some reassurance that they could not pull it again. That evening I checked my bank and the charge was there. This “ I don’t give a crap attitude” cost me a bounced rent check which I will have severe charges for, plus I’ve been there 6 years and never had a late payment, nor a bounced one. If that wasn’t bad enough than when I got home and looked at my receipts from SureStay the address was wrong. My street name was from being correct and my town is far from Georgetown, TN I went down next morning and spoke to Devin. She was going to fix the problem. She had a very bad attitude blaming everything on booking.com and Coco! She was defiantly going to have a talk with Coco because she was the one that screwed everything up. She was also still blaming booking.com. On departure date I went up and was checking out. Devin assured me it was all fixed. I ask her if they was going to reimburse me for all the bounced charges from my bank. She informed me they absolutely would not refund anything, that was on me. I ask even though it was y’all’s fault that my account got screeed up your not willing to correct your mistake, again it was not their fault but Booking.com and things like that happen all the time at motels so basically get over it! I got a receipt and left. (She still had a bad attitude) telling me it would not have been screwed up if I had not made the reservation through a third party, next time reserve it directly with the motel. So I get home and see the address was incorrect (as I mentioned above) so I called and talked to Devin about it because I did not want my refund to be affected. She said she had no reason why it was wrong. Never asked for correct address; however was very quick to blame it on booking.com again and Coco again. I told her that I just wanted her to know that they had a very nice motel with the exception of the office personnel. I would not stay there again. I was still talking to her and mentioned the bounced check. She began talking over me. I told her to Go ahead and talk over me but I sure hope she understands i am going to talk to corporate about all the mistakes. She suddenly got nice and was changing her tone. She began to apologize and I just hung up on her. So DO NOT use SureStay in Gatlinburg,Tn unless you know for sure Devin or CoCo are Still working there. Also 👍 to Booking.com for getting in touch with the motel and fixing the problem. I am still 100% going to speak to Corporate.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. The moment my family and I walked in we noticed how dirty/stained the carpet was and there was a mildew smell that filled up the entire room. To make matters worse, we found leftover trash in one of the drawers, the mini fridge had food stains, and bathroom tub would constantly get clogged up. They did provide breakfast. It was okay but limited options. The only nice part about this hotel was how close the walking distance was to the nearby stores.
