  The hotel directly across the creek wanted over $400 for two nights. $170 here. Room was clean, beds were comfy, all rooms overlook the creek, and the sound of the water was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good, even though they eggs were cold. Many food options provided. If you're only looking for a place to hang your hat for the night, I highly recommend this place.

  Chambres spacieuses et confortables, petit balcon avec la vue sur la rivière en contrebas, très très sympa pour le prix franchement. Le petit dej est correct

  LITERALLY AWESOME! Check-in was smooth & amazing. Room was very clean, beds were very soft. The balcony was nice, we could hear the river from inside our hotel, which was perfect especially at nighttime!! THE LOCATION??? walking distance to everything, because if not parking is $20 on the strip! we didn’t have to pay parking at all, because the location is just that great where we could walk everywhere. 10/10 RECOMMEND & I WILL BE BACK! <3

  Literally reuse pastries for the morning breakfast. Service is bare minimum. Rooms have spider webs. Breakfast is not great. Milk container they reuse milk with is very very dirty crusted. Bagged eggs. Property is very dirty. Back part of the hotel has like old discarded furniture and just trash. Zero pride in this hotel. Bare minimum. Moved rooms because not all plugs worked. Curtains are horrible. Plugs have lights that keep you awake if you like a dark room. Do not get a room beside the elevator because it makes SOOOO much noise that it literally sounds like a constant lawnmower depending how many guest go up and down. Breakfast area doesn't have tvs on for guest with weather or anything. Absolutely not worth the money I paid for a king suite. Definitely would not return nor recommend to anyone who wants a pleasant stay during the time off of the downtown strip. Water is nice but most of the king suites are on the highest floor 7th floor and you can't enjoy the view because of trees on the far end of the building. Just find a different place for the sake of your trip being perfect.

  Best service of any motel I've ever stayed..I felt like family..The way employees interacted with me and all the guests staying was super..Wanna give a shout out to KAREEM..He is a class act employee..Best I've ever seen..He took good care of me by recommending things to do places to eat etc..Also would call me when bears were around..lol. Thanks Kareem can't wait to visit again next year..I had so much fun on my visit and enjoyed returning to my room in the evening..Was clean,spacious,and enjoyed view from balcony..Im always gonna remember this nice place..
