Newer hotel located right off the Parkway in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything! The front desk were super friendly & very helpful. Our room was clean and pretty spacious, bathroom is very clean. Enjoyed the roof top bar with music. Bartenders were fast & friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for couples or family.

Steven at the Indigo Hotel in Gatlinburg provided outstanding customer service. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of quickly and professionally. His friendly attitude, prompt response, and genuine concern for our comfort made all the difference. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly cares about providing an exceptional guest experience. I had a great two-night stay at this hotel with my family! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the windows providing wonderful views of Gatlinburg in addition to the mountains. The rooftop experience was like a dream - delicious food and breathtaking mountain views! One thing to note about this hotel is that your room key is needed in order to access higher floors on the elevator, so do not lose it.

Great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg. Location is pretty much at on end of the main area so you can walk from one end to the other, cross the street and return getting to see what Gatlinburg has to offer (at least in town, there's obviously more but a lot of shops are along this street). The room itself was spacious enough for the three of us (two adults and an eleven year old). I really liked the latte, we asked not to have housekeeping using the door handle notice so the front desk got to know me as I was down there each day asking for more of the coffee and the latte creamer they have for the rooms. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a sliding barn door with a tab that pops out to "lock" it for privacy although there is still a narrow gap obviously since it's a sliding door and cannot completely rest against the wall. The shades are controlled by buttons on the wall to lift or close. I did have to verify charges as they put a temporary room incidental charge that later gets refunded. They'll give you a parking slip to place in your car, parking in Gatlinburg usually costs but parking here is included as part of the $20 resort fee which also includes a $10 credit per night for the restaurant (you can use only two at a time). We only used two of our three for breakfast the last day we were there which gave us a free breakfast as my son had a waffle and I took the yogurt parfait to go. We also use the laundry room and you need to download an app to pay. The app also tracks the time for you so you'll get a notification when laundry is close to being done. Just be aware if you pause a machine to check, add or remove anything, the timer is still running. The pool was also a nice relaxing area and wish we had more time to use it. It was interesting to be told not to leave food items in your vehicle to keep from having a bear break into it. You can park outside or "under" the hotel for parking with an elevator access to bring in/out luggage. You will need a room card to access the elevators although I cannot remember if you need it for the top floor where the restaurant is located. There is also a lift in the entrance for wheelchair access.
