Big shoutout to Tammy at the front desk. We were celebrating a birthday for a family member and she went above and beyond to help out with the celebration. She is an incredible asset to the hotel and company!

5/12/26 We stayed 2 nights and I wish we stayed longer. Great hotel clean and fairly new facility. Location is good, short walk to town and a short drive to hiking and the smokies. Views from our room was great 5th floor overlooking the town. Housekeeping was quick to clean our room. One strange thing is that the front desk clerk refused to mail our post cards and birthday cards we needed to send (we had our own stamps). Post office is up the road.

I’ll start with the good then move onto the bad. We got in on a Sunday around 11 and went to grab food as we assumed we wouldn’t be able to check in until 4. After eating and doing some window shopping we decided to call front desk to see if we could check in early and much to our surprise we were told we could so that was great!!! We were pleasantly greeted buy a very sweet girl at the front desk and checked in and went on up to our room on the 5th floor. Our room was very nice and clean. The location of this hotel is within walking distance to most everything and some of the most beautiful views from the rooftop bar that I’ve ever seen. While the hotel itself is very nice it definitely has its issues. Do not stay on the 5th floor as you will be right beneath the restaurant and it is quite noisy. Our rooms air conditioner was extremely loud and sounded like cars running outside my window but it was the air conditioning unit!! They are very short staffed and there was never anyone in the Starbucks all 3 days we were there, not in the am anyways. The first night we went up to the rooftop bar which opens at 4 and the guy working the bar wasn’t exactly a bartender but rather just happened to be filling the spot that night and had some issues with making drinks and it was obvious he was frustrated a bit but he was by himself so I totally get it. He was however hilarious and very sweet so can’t say anything negative about him really because he certainly was trying. The next night there were 2 bartenders that were quite experienced in making drinks and the drinks were quite good and they had us laughing and hving a good time until they closed that night. We did not eat at the restaurant so can’t speak to that However the food did look good. All in all we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back but won’t stay on the 5th floor and hopefully they find someone to work the Starbucks by then lol

Wonderful hotel, beautiful decor/design, nice regular rooms, suites are probably beautiful. There is a heated infinity pool which is open until 10 with nice views from the pool, has a rooftop restaurant and bar, the hotel is close to downtown and the strip area, and less than 20 minutes from dollywood. Would recommend this hotel and restaurant. Definitely is a favorite out of a lot of the Indigo Hotels we have stayed at. Staff was helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was easy, plenty of parking without needing a valet service.

I made a reservation and the person seems helpful and we discussed the rate of the room + extra fee + tax. At the end she gave me a total and I did the numbers on my end. Everything was OK.
She continued with the reservation and just before I gave her my cc#, I went through again with the total.
Later I got an email and they were changing me over $100.00 more.
I called back to clarify the situation, they told me that the difference was because the room rate, I asked to speak to a manager but I got disconnected twice.
They had different stories each time, and at the end they said it was not the room but a charge for the 3rd person.
A horrible experience. I don’t want no one go through this situation. It difficult to trust them with the prices. Really annoying about it and no one does anything.
