Do not pass on this place. Centrally located for walking distance to just about everything also with a free trolly stop right out of the driveway. Stayed 3 nights qnd enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel bar/restaurant on the roof gives amazing views, the drinks delicious and the staff amazing. Everything was reasonably priced for the quality and excellence of the service. My room was spotless and the bathroom heavenly along with super comfy beds.
And if the man who I chatted with late Sunday night at the Altitude wanted to reach out to me personally...I would definitely enjoy that. :)
10/10 for my overall trip to Gatlinburg, will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The location was perfect for us while our daughter was playing in a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports. It was so easy to get to and from the fields, and we loved being able to walk right onto the Parkway and easily get to restaurants and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.
The front desk staff was amazing, especially Mandy and Rebecca, who were both incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The bar manager was excellent as well, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully done.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg! ❤️

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pictures look exactly like the rooms. Ive stayed in so many hotels that the rooms aren't very nice even though the photos look amazing. This one is 100% the same as pictured. We debated between a cabin and a hotel and chose the hotel because we could walk every where we wanted to go. I will say it sits up on a hill. After a day of walking down town, walking back up the hill to the hotel sucks. Doable? Yes. Just not pleasant. Still worth it for how nice it is! The lady at the front desk was so nice!
The breakfast situation was different than most. They don't have a buffet style breakfast. You go up to the roof top to get breakfast at their restaurant. If you have breakfast included you just hand that card to them and it covers 2 people.
We ate dinner there as well because they gave us a $40 credit. Food was absolutely amazing and the view is beautiful. Justin was our server and he was great!

⭐ 1 Star — Beautiful hotel, but the billing experience was unacceptable
I stay in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge frequently and have stayed at many hotels in the area. I have never had a hotel billing experience like this one.
First, to be fair: the hotel itself is beautiful, new, and clean. Our room was clean and I have no complaint about the physical condition of the property.
The problem was the service, communication, and billing.
I called Hotel Indigo on Sunday, August 16, and clearly booked three nights — August 17, 18, and 19, checking out Thursday, August 20.
I specifically asked for the total price. I was told $142 per night. I then specifically asked whether that included the taxes, the $20 nightly fee, and everything else. I asked more than once because I did not want any surprises.
I was told yes.
I specifically confirmed that my total for three nights would be $426, and I received a confirmation number by text.
After arriving, there was confusion at the hotel about the reservation and whether we were staying two or three nights. We repeatedly explained that we were staying three nights and checking out Thursday.
Then at approximately 5:00 AM on Thursday, I received a notification from my bank showing a $573 charge.
When I went to the front desk with my niece to question the charge, I was told that a manager had supposedly given me a discount. After they recalculated everything, I was told the final bill was $615.
That means the final amount was $189 more than the $426 total I had specifically been quoted and confirmed.
On top of that, we were also charged $15 for breakfast, even though we understood breakfast was supposed to be included/free with our stay.
This was not a small difference or a misunderstanding of a few dollars. The difference between the confirmed total and the final bill was $189.
I have stayed in hotels all over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and normally if a hotel tells me my total is $300, I leave paying approximately $300. I have never experienced this kind of confusion over the final bill.
We did speak with management at the hotel, but I was not satisfied with the explanation.
My advice to anyone staying here: get every charge in writing and carefully check your bill before you leave.
The hotel is beautiful and clean, but for me, that does not make up for a billing experience that left me feeling that I could not trust the price I was being given.
I will not stay here again.
Beautiful property. Terrible billing experience. One star from me.

The room itself was very nice, and the hotel's location was excellent. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing because the main reason we chose this hotel was the heated pool.
When we arrived, we discovered the heated pool was broken, and no one had informed us before check-in. Had we known this in advance, we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.
I spoke with the front desk about the issue, and the response was simply, "OK." There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to make things right or improve our stay. A simple "We're sorry" or "How can we make your experience better?" would have gone a long way.
While the room and location were great, the lack of communication and poor customer service left us disappointed.
