  Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Water pressure is not good at all but we were on the 3rd floor. Parking is pretty good considering how busy it is. Liked the location. Great pool for kids. The building including lobby seems very clean and maintained. This place could just use a good room upgrade other than that it is excellent.

  I have to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer at the front desk! I needed a few things in the middle of the night, and she was an absolute rock star! My daughter wasn't feeling well and came downstairs with me. We asked about a late checkout because I knew she'd probably sleep in the next morning, and Jennifer was so sweet and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us out and even gave my daughter a little treat. By the time we left the front desk, Ember had made a new friend, and their little interaction ended with a hug. It was honestly the sweetest thing. I've always said, when you do something kind for me, I appreciate it- when you do something kind for my child, I will never forget it. Jennifer probably didn't think twice about what she did, but those little moments of kindness mean so much, especially when you're traveling with a little one who isn't feeling her best. Thank you, Jennifer, for being such a bright spot in our stay! I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have at their front desk. ❤️

  Higher the level, lower the water pressure. We were on the 4th floor. Water pipes cracked liked Morse code all the time...all night. Tiolet was decent but, took a few double flushes especially after BbQ off the strip. Lower deck, water pressure felt like it was going to suck out my soul

  The front desk staff were fantastic, some of the best I’ve experienced in all of my travels. The pool was perfect for littles but the floors were kinda icky around the pool area and the water was COLD (no hot tub either). Rooms were clean and all the staff were so nice! Breakfast is good, hot, clean, decent options besides a limited milk choices. The location is pretty great for walking around Gatlinburg but the hill back up is a bit of a doozy! We had a king suite and the bed was really comfortable… The pull out was terribly uncomfortable but most are. We enjoyed our stay overall!

  Extremely disturbing experience at this hotel on September 4, 2026. We walked to lobby approximately 12 a.m , we lost our key card during downtown exploring so we could not get into our room. We found the front desk unattended for approximately 2½ hours. During this time, the property appeared to be operating without any staff supervision. We also observed a room key accessible near a register containing cash. We were unable to get assistance from hotel employees for about 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting inside the hotel lobby with access to our room and my husband heart medication someone appeared no name tag no identification, we asked who he is and he get totally angry with attitude then for no reason he called to the police everything was recorded by hotel cameras and my private phone camera. This was far beyond a normal hotel-service issue. We were deeply concerned about the safety and security of guests and extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. We have formally reported the incident to IHG Corporate and the Better Business Bureau and are requesting a full investigation.
