  Rooms were nice a roomy. If you stay in room 129 your balcony gives you direct access to the pool. Being that close to the pool can be a little inconvenient due to noise but if you are out sightseeing most of the day it's not that big of a deal. The parking area for our roomy was a little sketchy since it was in the back. The hotel is close enough to walk to a lot of attractions but far enough away from hearing traffic noise.

  My friend and I stayed for a weekend with my children. When we got there Friday evening it was very easy to check in, finding your room is a little confusing because you cannot see the room numbers due to the balcony we were on the second floor, seem like there was more people that was not staying at the hotel parking in the hotel space, leaving very limited parking for hotel guest or hotel guest didn't have their parking pass in window. Breakfast: was good waffles biscuit and gravy sausage links and scrambled eggs. Pool: there was two pools one with a slide and one without that was pretty nice and very clean One of the nights we did have an incident with our door not latching or locking the polite front office gentleman came to check it out within minutes and was moving us to another room since it was so late and the maintenance guy was off duty but ended up seeing him and said something to him and he came up to the room and fixed our door off clock very nice of him. The last night we were there the fire alarms were going off due to smoke in the laundry room the front office gentleman had no clue until we said something. Suggestion maybe to do some training on fire safety of the hotel with staff and any other emergency that may happen.

  Overall nice place to stay. It's clean and would recommend it to others. Would give the rooms five stars but they need to improve the showers. It takes a while for the water to get get hot and the water pressure is not the best. It's in a great location. We will stay here again when we visit Gatlinburg again.
