  Perfect location! Walking distance from everything! Very clean! Comfortable beds and fantastic views! Request a room over looking pools for a view of chairlift at night!! Very friendly staff!

  Four nights and the place was a grest fit for us. Everyone mention proximity to downtown and that is huge! Room was very clean, as were the grounds. Two minor complaints about room 210: There is a high spot in the tile outside the bathroom door where the door will hit and stop. And, some type of light in the bathroom that doesn't involve the noisy fan at the same time. Breakfasts were good and filling. The attendant running two waffle irons was a nice touch. We would definitely consider this place again, but would ask for the building with the elevator.

  This is one of the most awesome place to stay in Gatlinburg the hotel is amazingly clean the rooms are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world

  Staff were kind and helpful. Location and price were excellent. Free parking and free breakfast were also appreciated. The breakfast was an average hot breakfast. Bananas, Nutella, and tea would have been nice additions to offer. Towels were average, sheets were soft, pillows and bed were comfortable. Room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. The two star review is for the horrendously strong moldy smell in the bathroom which made its way into the room too. There was also visible black mold on the grate on the AC unit. It gave me a sore throat and cough until i checked out and got fresh air. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't exhaust at all. Caulk was peeling around the tile. Stains on the carpet. Our "private balcony" was next to the pool deck so not private at all and unusable.

  Ask for a room with an opening window. Would have rated 5 stars except the room we had at the end of the building had no opening windows and smelt terribly musty. The room was clean but the moisture smell needs to be rectified. On the weekend it was also a bit loud at night. Drunk guests loudly singing on their veranda at 2am etc. Breakfast was standard Best Western. Except the male breakfast assistant wasn't wearing any uniform or name badge which I thought wasn't very professional compared to other Best Westerns. I would stay there again, especially as the location is great, but only in a room with an opening window or veranda.
