  Great Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We actually booked the hotel online while we were on our way to Gatlinburg, and the whole process was super easy and convenient. The hotel has been remodeled, and they did a great job. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was super quick, and I was even able to complete the check-in process from my phone, which was perfect after being on the road. The parking is free, close to the hotel, and very accessible. The location is excellent! It’s very close to Main Street in Gatlinburg and within walking distance of Anakeesta, which was a huge plus for us. We were able to easily walk around and enjoy the area without having to worry about driving and parking. One thing we really appreciated was the excellent customer service. I accidentally left a compressor in our room, and the hotel called me to let me know so I could come back and pick it up. That really meant a lot and showed how honest and attentive the staff was. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

  Was missing body wash and hand soap upon check in. Ground level room with drain flies. Dirty carpet in spots. Door Jam was broken from wall. Great pool with slide. Okay pool lots of chlorine. Friendly Staff. Great location right in downtown gatlinburg.

  If you like clean, this is your place. I'm very picky about cleanliness and this place definitely hit the mark! (Be sure to tip those housekeepers!) When it comes to the shower though, it did take a few minutes to get hot water and the pressure isn't amazing but it also isn't horrible. Check-in was smooth and with an addition if $25 we were able to check-in early, we'll worth it after a night of driving. The hotel is located close to Anakeesta area and The Village entrance is almost right across the street. We did get a visit from a bear walking through the parking lot so keep food out of your trunks or patio. I would definitely revisit here in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

  If you’re looking for BUDGET friendly and the best bang for your buck! This is the one. Still recently renovated. Nice LED lights , smart TV , new shower head. You’re 5-10min walk from the main strip in Gatlinburg with all the attractions. Beds were ok. Not hella soft but I don’t expect much at this price point. This hotel is 90% of the same of the nicer / high end hotels without all the fancy aesthetics. Location , price point , newer smart tv , led lamps , hot shower. This is the best you’ll get for this price point. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. I believe the AC unit is set to 70 degrees. The shower / tub didn’t drain on its on. But again at this price point and the location you get. You can’t beat it. Clean room , fairly updated , hot shower and above average bed. If you’re looking for a budget friendly and a place to just sleep. This is the place to go. I’ll definitely stay here. Sorry for the long review 😂😂

  My friend said do Jack Huff I said I dont want to pay 200 a night for a bed. I looked across the street and found perfection. This place isn't the Ritz but the room is clean, the bed comfortable, has 2 pools, ev charger, is 2 minutes from the strip, an excellent babling Brook to think beside. All this is great but the best part is the staff. Danielle was extremely kind and did not get mad at me when I locked myself out of my room within 15 minutes of checking in. I have stayed all over gatlinburg and I have to admit this is the best if you want walking distance to the strip.
