    I strongly recommend avoiding this property. FECES on the bathroom walls!!! When we entered our room, there was feces on the bathroom wall, four of the six dresser drawers that guests are expected to use for their clothing were still filled with trash from the previous guest, and hair in the bed. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before we checked in. After calling the front desk to report the condition of the room, the front desk staff member told us the hotel was sold out and could not put us in a new room. Ironically, they had no problem assigning us a room that was clearly unfit for guests. Rather than offering to move us, helping us find accommodations at a sister property, or sending housekeeping to address the situation, she simply offered IHG points as an apology. She even told us if we didn't want the points she told us to leave (at 1:00 am) and find another place to stay. I'm struggling to find the accountability in this employee's approach. She also claimed the nearby Hyatt House (who she claimed would be an option for her to help us in this situation) was sold out and therefore couldn't accommodate us. I called the Hyatt House myself and confirmed they had vacancies available, making that explanation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the front desk employee seemed more interested in chatting and flirting with a coworker upon check-in than addressing our concerns(the two were flirting about her 'english accent'). No one from housekeeping was sent to our room, no manager reached out, and no effort was made to resolve the situation. I'm six months pregnant, so being forced to deal with an unsanitary room and such poor customer service made this experience even more stressful. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was disgusting, the customer service was unacceptable, and there was no meaningful attempt to make things right. I would absolutely not stay at this property again.

    We booked our room over a week early, we have 5 in our family so a Suite usually works well. Otherwise we need to get 2 rooms. On the evening of our stay , we were driving to Franklin Tn to spend the night we got an email saying they cancelled our reservation. We had been on the road for 6 hours and only sent an email to let us know. They cancelled because they used a credit card on file that was no longer valid. However I’ve been an IHG member for 11 plus years with 0 history of never having a payment issue. When we called to see what was going and why they canceled they wouldn’t help us in anyway or try to accommodate our family. IHG wouldn’t even get us rooms at another location and match the price of what we would have paid at this location. Needless to say after 11+ years as an IHG member I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on. IHG has no sense of customer support.

    Their wifi is problematic and I would expect a hotel of this caliber to have reliable wifi. I find the food to be less than average. Very good service from the man at the front desk. The laundry service is good.
