  You hosted Whiskey University for our 2026 National Conference. Working with your team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The sales office provided seamless coordination and attentive service, ensuring every detail of our group's needs was met with professionalism and care. The hotel's hospitality and top-tier facilities created the perfect environment for our stay, making the entire experience both productive and highly enjoyable. We look forward to the opportunity to return for future events!

  Very clean and nice! I asked the front desk if they had an ice machine, and they did not because the rooms all have full sized refrigerators, but she took my cooler back to the back, put my food in a plastic ice bag to protect it from water, and filled my cooler with ice for me! My only suggestion would be to open breakfast earlier. It opens at 730 on the weekend. Living on eastern time, this is 830 for us. At 7am, the breakfast area was already full of people waiting for breakfast to open and foraging for wh6lat little food was out, not realizing breakfast hadn't actually started yet. I doubt we'll stay here again on a weekend due to the late breakfast.

  Cameron Almonrode is a rock star!! I first met Cameron when she came to our office in Spring Hill letting us know that if we ever needed meeting rooms or had out of state guests that the Staybridge would love to host any event and presented us with marketing materials highlighting the hotel. Fast forward 6 months when we were looking at hotels in the Nashville area to be our host hotel, I remembered Cameron. We have 120 people from all over the country including Canada and Puerto Rico coming in for our conference. I cannot tell you how professional, accommodating and always communicated with us right up to our event. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is amazing and a special shout out to Bethany at the front desk is very friendly and gave us a lot of options on restaurants and activities available in the area!!! Overall a great place to host your next event!!!

  Our sales manager Cameron Almonrode has spent six months helping us get ready for an event that brought over 100 people to two hotels next-door to each other. Her relentless work and extra communication to us has made this experience wonderful, hats off to your sales staff

  Might be one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. Ceilings are paper thin. You can hear/feel every step above you. Footsteps literally rattle your hotel Room. Paper thin walls. Hope you don’t plan on having a private conversation. No towels. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes for someone to show up to get some towels. $300/night is absolute robbery.
