  Rooms amazingly clean! But apparently a 2 year old set off fire alarm and it went off about 8 different times! Concerned about hearing loss. Should have given something off room for the inconvenience but not even offered just told everyone was uncomfortable when I complained at checkout. The curtains need replaced they are threadbare and impossible to keep light and sun out when sleeping

  I unfortunately can not recommend this hotel. We stayed there a few years ago and it was fantastic, safe, clean, well kept. I was excited to stop there again this past week but was very disappointed and concerned about the upkeep of the facilities. We arrived late to no parking, we have a large dually truck that would not fit in the garage and there was a dump truck taking up 4 spots and many small vehicles on the surface lot, instead of in the parking garage. My husband had to drop me and the kids off then park a block away and walk back to the hotel. When we checked in, our room was damp and musty. The bedding felt wet, like dew when you go camping. We chalked it up to Alabama heat and us just being hot from traveling. I laid down and that's when I noticed the entire ceiling had mold speckled all over. I flipped on the lights and looked around and noticed more under the tv/bench. We had to wake up our kids and move to another room at 2am. Thankfully, this room was not wet or musty. When we went to check out the next morning we noticed the staff had cleaned our previous room and was painting over the mold under the tv bench. The 2nd floor hallways also felt musty and damp. I spoke with the GM about our concerns and she was very kind and compt our night, which we are grateful for, but I would exercise caution in staying at this location. I hope they professionally remediate the mold, especially with it in the ceiling and drywall to that extent. It takes more than an hour or two to properly remove that amount of mold. The other rooms appear clean but after seeing the mold being painted before we even checked out does not leave me confident that the other rooms are not "painted over" and safe to be in.

  This hotel is great. My room was Very clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful

  Cute clean and free parking under the building everything close walk to restaurants and ice cream and snacks at gas station and NEW IN AND OUT!!!

  We have been IHG members for many years. We travel every year, often multiple times a year. More importantly, we travel during our anniversary; and this is by far the best IHG we have stayed. From the location, to the service to the atmosphere, there was absolutely no complaints. I felt safe with the ability to park our vehicle in the gated garage. I spoke with Karen, one of the attendant prior to checkout, to marvel on the experience. She was extremely friendly and pleasant. The General Manager Teri Aunkst was too both genuinely friendly. We told them both that we look forward to revisiting the next time we’re in the area. In addition, there are great restaurants that are in walking distance, Edley’s BBQ, Publix grocery store, convenience store and a multi-use community with shopping options. Visitors will not be disappointed. Thank you Holiday Inn Franklin Berry Farms for an A+ experience.
