    I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Franklin,TN for a week, and the experience was truly standout thanks to the leadership of the manager, Ina. While Ina wasn't physically on-site during my stay, she clearly pays close attention to her guests. Upon her return, she noticed my week-long reservation and took the initiative to call me personally just to see how everything went. It is rare to find a manager who circles back like that to ensure a guest’s satisfaction after the fact. Her proactive approach and genuine care went above and beyond the usual call of duty. It’s clear she sets a high standard for customer service at this location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a team that actually cares about your experience!

    Jackie was handling the front desk when I arrived to this place just off the interstate. She was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Helped me even get a nice, late dinner suggestion that was quick and very good. When the thermostat in the room didn’t work, she was knocking on the door in literally 45 seconds. When she couldn’t get it working she upgraded me to a very nice room. Jackie’s smiling, helpful abilities were just what a tired, road weary traveler dreams about.

    My stay here has been amazing! I’d like to note that everyone has been wonderful but Ms. Ina has really gone above and beyond to be personable, professional, and accommodating to my family as we spend an entire week here. The freshly ground coffee has been much appreciated by my husband every morning and I've felt much less cooped up in the spacious rooms with my infant. Overall, DEFINITELY recommend! The staff and rooms are better than anywhere else I’ve stayed!

    While it is a little difficult to maneuver getting in and out of this hotel due of high traffic, it was an excellent experience! From check in to check out, everything was smooth! The room was super clean, plenty spacious, quiet, and appropriately stocked! I was in town for business and my stay here was wonderful. The staff is super friendly and always greeted you upon entering. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐️ on location was because it is a little hard to get in/out of traffic due to a congested area. This is no fault of Candlewood’s, just honest feedback. If work brings me to Franklin again, I would definitely choose this hotel again!
