She was so kind, she was able to accommodate us and make us feel very at home after a long day at work. I would recommend staying here just for the excellent service. The rooms are very nice too.
- ASAshley SwanlundJun 10, 20265.0UPDATING 6/14/26 - Outrageous hospitality! We were headed hours-away to our destination when we stopped here halfway through our trip. Keeping it short here, we left a very important item here and did not realize it until we were on the road! I was able to "text" their concierge service (?) and make an inquiry. Over the course of 24 hours, I had people from the IHG brand reach out to that hotel's management, and confirm if our item was indeed there and how to get it back. I then received a call from the hotel manager the following day (within the 24 hours) saying they had found my item and could hold it for pick up or ship it to us. They held it until we traveled back, passing through at the end of our trip! The manager was very kind and the whole process just made me think so highly of this establishment! Kudos!! Quite a luxury experience for a one-night stay! My only sad point was no continental breakfast. I feel that I didn't ask beforehand either, but the little market area downstairs provides food and personal items for purchase. Free coffee provided, but breakfast is not included.
