AC was a loud when coming on and turning off the first couple of days. Then the next to last night we were there it went to crap!! Listen to one of the videos. I want to compliment Iona and Jackie, hope I got the names right and spelled right. The next day they got me switched to another room, it wasn't a king, but at least it was quiet. They were very nice. I know equipment and appliances fail and it's not the employees fault. It's how they respond that makes a difference. They took care of the problem and made my last night a sleep full one after loosing the previous one.
- LMLauren MayAug 8, 20261.0Extremely poor service if anything goes wrong. I would caution anyone to get a fully refundable rate or even better yet just book elsewhere in Franklin. Despite having authority to refund 100% the charge per discussion with the central Candlewood Suites office, the manager (AshLeigh) of this hotel will not act in good faith when circumstances are completely outside of a costumer's control like a canceled flight. Better to learn a lesson from someone else's mistake than trust this hotel. Don't book here. Other hotel chains are interested in retaining costumers, not this one.
