  This was such a great hotel! Very clean. The best features of this hotel was the salt water pool and the playground. I know that if we ever need a place to stay off 65 we will stop here. Heck we might make this the destination. My children loved having the playground which is older that actually is fun to be on not like the new ones that have engineered them to be “safe” so there for not any fun or challenging for kids to play. The pool was so refreshing and clean! I can’t say enough good things about it.

It covers all the basics well for a budget-friendly option, though there are a few drawbacks to keep in mind. **Pros:** • Cleanliness & Bedding Safety: The room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the mattress cover designed to block bed bugs—a huge plus for peace of mind. • Great Coffee & Breakfast: The breakfast selection was good, and the coffee was excellent. Having decaf available at night as well as fresh coffee in the morning was a fantastic touch. • Quiet & Convenient: Plenty of parking was available, and the property stayed quiet throughout the night. • Friendly Staff: The service was warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. **Cons:** • Room Conditions: The room was quite small and had a noticeable smoky smell upon entering. • Missing Bathroom Essentials: There was no hand soap provided for washing hands after using the bathroom. • TV Quality: The TV picture was blurry. • Sleep Distraction: Bright outdoor lights leaked into the room, making it difficult to get the space completely dark for sleep. • Parking Lot Hazard: The drainage grates in the parking lot are very deep and could easily cause damage to the bottom of your car if you accidentally drive over them. For the price, the value is definitely there—just watch out in the parking lot, bring extra toiletries, and pack a sleep mask!

  Treated very nicely by the staff, room was very modern, breakfast was delicious, ample parking. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Ohio.

  We stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was a very bad experience. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the room, and it smelled like mold. The air was extremely humid, and we couldn’t sleep in the room. We had no choice but to sleep in the car.

  Just need a ice bucket. Not sure ice machine worked in the laundry room. It is a old building with access right next parking lot.
