  We have stayed at this location when we go to Tennessee for several years and it was all good. Don't know what happened but it has changed. Food was great and the room was very clean. The pool water was GREEN and we asked the receptionist about the green pool. She told us it was OK to swim in the green pool. Wanted to eat our breakfast on the outside patio, when we went there we seen that it was filthy and chairs were turned over. Was unable to use the patio.

  I will only give this this place a 4 star overall mostly because of the room rate. I contacted the hotel directly and spoke to Bilyric(?). She was awesome. The room was big. First floor was not my choice. That's what we got for a 4am check in. It was noisy. The bed was typical. Not great. The TV did not work. I found the bathroom a bit dirty. The air was good and cold. This may be the best hotel in town but I don't know if any other was a good for way less money.

  Brittany is always helpful. Every time I see her, she’s busy doing something, but she still makes time to help whenever I need it. She’s friendly, hardworking, and always on the move. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and makes sure the guests are taken care of. The location is also convenient, right off the highway and close to Planet Fitness, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants, so you really don’t have to go far for anything. Overall, it’s a good location, and Brittany definitely deserves to be recognized for the work she puts in.

  Very pleasant front desk staff. My only issue is that the rooms have a very unpleasant odor.
