  I called the hotel to ask a few questions before making a 1 night reservation and the woman who answered was extremely rude and treated me like she had better things to do. My first (and only it turns out) question was if they allow cats. The answer was no, which is fine I'll just find another place, but the way she answered you would have thought I asked the same thing 20 times already. When I said "OK, thank you" she responded "un huh" and hung up. People really shouldn't work in hospitality if they can't even be friendly when asked 1 simple question.

  If you are looking for the Ritz experience this ain't it. That being said it was fine. Rooms were clean enough, staff was friendly. Location seemed sketchy but was fine. For a quick 12 hour rest on a multi day car trip it served its purpose.

  STAY AWAY Absolutely terrible experience. The lady at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacked any compassion or customer service skills. I had been driving for over 10 hours and made a reservation expecting to have a place to rest. While I was still about 2 hours away, I called and explained that I was extremely tired and it would be unsafe for me to continue driving. Instead of showing any understanding, she told me it didn't matter and charged my card anyway. The way I was treated was unacceptable. There was no effort to help, no flexibility, and no concern for my safety after being on the road for such a long time. It felt like all they cared about was taking my money. If you're traveling and looking for a place that values its customers, avoid this place. There are plenty of other businesses that will treat you with basic respect and decency.

  Terrible room. The carpet was disgusting, the bed was so hard you could feel the springs. The pillows were for a twin bed and a little lumpy. The front desk person was some what rude. Breakfast was cold everyday. I was there 6 days only because my uncle and his family were there ( in another room). He also was unhappy. I didn't know that until we checked out. Any way... the handicapped room had a shower that didn't reach the built in chair so my mom had to lean forward to get any water on her. When I asked the front desk for a shower chair they said they didn't have any. There was only one handicap parking spot. Just an overall terrible place to stay. I posted a pic of the carpet. It smelled like urine to me and poop to my mom. I had to buy a candle to hide the smell. I could go on but I think I've said enough

  Absolutely disgusting! Pee stain on the bed sheet, hair all over the sheets/bath tub so I asked to switch rooms. We switched and the other wasn’t good either plus so many bats were everywhere on their trees and pooped all over my truck. Needless to say we did not stay got a refund and went on down the road! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!
