Checking in: the lady was super nice , checked out the guy didn’t care too much about anything and coffee was cold . The location was quiet, no complains.

Shady looking people that did not give a safe feeling. I talked to locals and they told me the jail across the road sends their recently released inmate to the best western and that their is a lot of drug activities going on in the hotel . The room itself was very dirty dirty with stuff on the floor, I walked around barefoot and could feel stuff on the floor, the bed sheet had dirt on it, the bathroom was dirty with nail clippings on the floor. We left immediately after checking in. We found a different hotel, clean and safe , a family friendly place. After we found a new place, I called the best western to tell them my concerns and the person I talked to acted like he could care less. Told him that I wanted a refund and that we are not staying there. He than told me I had to pay for one night because we had checked in. I'm out $417.00 for a crappy hotel I didn't even sleep in.there was also bugs crawling around on the floor. We are still waiting on a refund if we even get it. Advice, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!
