- MSM SAug 15, 20261.0Don’t stay here! They had a flood in January and it is still not fixed! Half the hotel is still under construction with fans running all over and clear water damage in and around the rooms. The rooms are already tired and the whole place needs a renovation. They just need to close this place and do an actual top to bottom renovation. Staff are very nice and I know it is not their fault.

- MKMaria KesslerAug 7, 20261.0This hotel is under major construction and is neither safe nor comfortable for guests. There is no functioning elevator which is not disclosed upon checking in. I am a sick and disabled woman who travels with her service dog and we were placed on the 3rd floor with no AC or elevator. They are grossly uncompliant with ADA standards and will now have a lawsuit on their hands. We were the only ones placed on the top floor. I was forced to lug our belongings up and down 3 flights of stairs that had no working AC or lights. It was a very dangerous and uncomfortable stay. I spoke to several members of staff and was given multiple fictitious names and contact information for management that doesn't exist. Your hotel is not ADA compliant and I was discriminated against. I was also charged an outrageous $100 pet fee when I should not have been charged a fee for my service dog. Also, I was lied to by the hotel staff that my fee was refunded when it was not. I was told by IHG to call and speak to "managers" called Lisa, Time, or Shakir, all whom do not exist. This place is a scam and not safe! BEWARE!!!!!!

Pool was closed because no one had cleaned it. They let my kids swim and they didn’t care about leaf debris. The pancake machine was out of order. Summer months in a big vacation area so they should have all this handled. Front desk folks were nice but the missing amenities really took away from the experience. Call ahead.

Mold in the shower, the bathroom floor had a hump in it , the frame the beds were on, the wheels were laying on the floor. Had cars parked in the way of front door, making it hard to maneuver. Staff was friendly though, and it was quiet. The room seemed clean. Will not stay here again.
