  The DAM sign was never on the door , for them to go in to clean vacuum change towels ,,,We stayed here for 2 weeks and in the 2 weeks we stayed we had to keep asking for clean towels and bedding they never vacuumed I had to go get a vacuum I had to even mop the bathroom floor go get new bedding to change myself and buy my toilet paper I was not happy, I had to keep going to complain and got no were because no one still vacuumed mop or changed bedding just clean towels Not going to stay there any more The front desk people were great and the kitchen staff was awesome

  Stayed here for one night just passing through on a roadtrip. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind upon check in. Unfortunately, we were offered a room that wasn’t clean - the toilet was absolutely NOT cleaned. Soon as we walked in we walked right back out. Staff switched us to another room. While the lobby area is updated, the rooms are opposite. Very motel-like and not up to par with a typical IHG. Lots of gas stations & restaurants near by which is convenient but.. We would not stay here again

  Only bright point was the staff is outstanding But know that the air conditioning in the dining, reception and hallways is out and has been for almost 4 mos. The high heat of this past weekend made that oppressive. The owner has acquired a countertop temporary climate maintenance equipment designed for the size of one of the bedrooms expecting that to reduce the uncomfortable. I've been in a 7-eleven that had two units the size of an apt fridge to control their climate while they waited maintenance They had a hose running out of the kitchen ro supply water to the pool. The pool was clean but not one single chase lounge to sunbathe in. Just chairs and tables but no umbrella canopies to the tables. They have a limited supply of blue stripe towels it seems also I travel and stay roughly 150-200 nights a year in IHG and CHOICE properties. This property is not the IHG standard. They don't provide laundry bags in the rooms. You have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast was great

  I just wanted to take the time and say thanks to holiday inn and especially Lexi for taking care of us.I can’t say enough good things about the front desk clerk Lexi. We were in a difficult spot and needed a room on short notice, and she did everything they could to help us. She was friendly, patient, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Thanks to her excellent customer service, we had a comfortable place to stay when we needed it most. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you for going the extra mile!

  We had an unexpected situation and really needed a room at the last minute. The front desk clerk, Lexi from Cookieville location, went above and beyond to help us, finding a room quickly and making the whole process easy and stress-free. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. Great customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you Lexi, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience—we truly appreciate it!
