- BBBubbajimbojohnson3 days ago1.0Stayed here 2 nights in October. Entire hotel is poorly maintained and dirty. Room smelled bad/musty during rain. Bathtub drained very slowly. Hotel completely ran out of towels “cause they were in the dryer” for most of a day… bear in mind the pool was closed. The sheets were super linty. The breakfast was bad even for free hotel breakfast. Dining area had this fan to cool you that looks like it’s 45 years old… and filthy. Room phone in #204 does not work… so go ahead and try to call the front desk for any of these issues.

The hotel lobby AC wasn't working, which was a huge problem considering it was well into the 90s during our stay. The TV in the rooms look like they were from 20 years ago. The breakfast was terrible as the fridge was broken. This led to no yogurt and warm cream cheese. The hot options were so bad several of us didn't even bother and went to a restaurant instead. This was disappointing as HIE is usually rock solid for their breakfast choices, but not this hotel. Finally, the bed was uncomfortable and didn't provide a great sleeping experience.
