Both me and my husband experienced issue sleeping and found bits on us the next morning. Second night a small bug ran across sheet of bed . We used google search what type of bug it showed results of bedbug. We didn’t sleep much that night would have left if we had discovered before 11:00. I would not recommend this hotel . Additionally I travel for work and this is the first time this has ever happen to me. We also requested a late check out and it’s wasn’t communicated to staff. Lack management and system failure is Definitely here.

- JBJenna BradleyJun 14, 20262.0Staff=great. Hotel itself= do not recommend... Sean who worked 3-11 at the front desk was awesome. The gentlemen that checked us in on Thursday was nice as well. The lady who cleaned the lobby and maintained the breakfast area also did an excellent job. Outside of the staff, the hotel itself would be 1 star. Room was dirty, soft spots in floor, significant updates needed, bugs etc . See pictures. We didn’t even stay the last night of our reservation and knew it was too late to get a refund. Furthermore, getting a hotel elsewhere wasn’t an option with there being a softball tournament (stay to play requirement) that weekend and seeing numerous people turned away due to no vacancy. It’s extremely frustrating considering how much more the rooms cost due to the softball tournament compared to the regular rates.
