An hour after checking into our room, I started the shower and roaches came out of the bath faucet and then had larger roaches come out from under the mini fridge. We were on the third floor so I can only imagine how bad they are on floors closer to the ground. Was offered another room but that was not an option for me. I cannot stand bugs. Was only offered a half refund and when I told him where the roaches came from he just shrugged his shoulders. Would highly suggest going somewhere else. I’ve stayed at plenty of other holiday inn express locations with no issues and am even a rewards member but this location is definitely on my do not stay list. Ended up at another hotel a few doors down and had a great experience.

Both me and my husband experienced issue sleeping and found bits on us the next morning. Second night a small bug ran across sheet of bed . We used google search what type of bug it showed results of bedbug. We didn’t sleep much that night would have left if we had discovered before 11:00. I would not recommend this hotel . Additionally I travel for work and this is the first time this has ever happen to me. We also requested a late check out and it’s wasn’t communicated to staff. Lack management and system failure is Definitely here.
