  The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very kind and ready to help. The gym was clean, well-maintained, and had great facilities, including water and cleaning wipes. The only issue was that the bathroom door did not lock properly. Would recommend this place, especially for families. The included breakfast offered the basic complimentary options.

  A very pleasant and nice place; I had a wonderful stay. I recommend it to truck drivers, as there is space to park a truck. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

  While the girl working at check in was awesome, the morning help was awful. Front desk incorrectly checked us out early due to someone claiming to be from our room requesting a reciept for our room, which was provided to them with our personal info on it without question or turning in key. The maid then keyed in without knocking. A few minutes later I witnessed the maid key into our room again after I put the privacy please sign on the door, when we took a load to the car. We were unable to enjoy our breakfast because a large youth group swarmed the breakfast and took all the seating. Large groups should be asked to schedule eating in shifts so as to allow other guests to dine as well.

  I wanted to share a positive experience from my stay at the Best Western in Cleveland, Tennessee, on May 20, 2026. Your front desk manager, Khristina, made a lasting impression through her kindness and hospitality. After a long day of travel, she made both me and my dog, Bear, feel genuinely welcome. The attention she showed him—even something as simple as offering a dog treat—was a thoughtful gesture that meant a great deal. During the evening, she took a few moments to chat with me, and those conversations helped make the hotel feel less like a stop along the way and more like a welcoming place to stay. I was especially touched to receive a handwritten note thanking me for allowing her to pet Bear and give him a treat. It was an unexpected gesture that reflected the care and thoughtfulness she brings to her work. Having worked in customer service for many years, I know the difference one employee can make. Khristina was professional, friendly, and genuinely engaged with her guests. The note she gave me is displayed at my workplace today as a reminder of her kindness. Even Bear seemed to enjoy the attention he received. When we stopped again on our return trip home and his new friend wasn’t there, I suspect he was a little disappointed. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Khristina. She is an outstanding representative of Best Western, and is certainly deserving of recognition for the positive impact she has on her guests. Her thoughtful actions turned an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable experience.
