    We are in town from New York for a few days. Breakfast was excellent! Theresa and team were so nice and kept they're hot food coming. The biscuits are so good! They don't know good biscuits and gravy in NY. Then we ran into the head of the Housekeeping team in the elevator. They were short staffed and she was running. But when I asked her about our fridge she came right in and took care of it. No complaints, all smiles. We would stay here again anytime.

    This was such an awesome hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and plenty of room to move around. The lobby had a nice sitting area and the breakfast was very good. They even offered two kinds of Greek yogurt. Staff were professional and friendly. We will stay here again and recommend them to anyone passing through.

    It may be “new” but it’s far from new feeling. Bathroom floor was filthy even after a quick mopping with some dirty lobby water. Cleaning with a spare bath towel yielded a muddy mess. Water from the roll in shower flooded most of the bathroom floor, not finding the drain very well. Beds feel like they’re worn out not new. Extremely disappointed. Two bad HIE’s in a row (Metropolis). Not sure I’ll return to one.

    From the moment I step through the door of the Holiday inn Express in Clarksville Tennessee I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff you could immediately tell that they genuinely cared about the guest and enjoyed what they do. When I got to my room I was very impressed. It was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and wonderful. I honestly couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. You can tell that the cleanliness is a priority here the next morning I attended breakfast and to my surprise it was absolutely delicious. All of the breakfast attendance were so friendly and welcoming and helpful check out was also a breeze. Every employee I encountered was friendly and professional it really seems like the entire team enjoys their jobs and that says a lot about the leadership behind the scenes. The AGM and GM must definitely be doing something right it's not often you walk into a hotel and see such a positive atmosphere from everyone. Great job to the entire team I will definitely be back!!
