  We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great hotel! The room was clean and well stocked! The pool was wonderful for my kids and the fitness room had quite a few machines in it! I want to give a shout out to Marisa at the front desk who checked us in. She was so kind and attentive and sweet! Even after checking us in I noticed that she treated each family checking in with kindness and love. She is a gem!

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Clarksville Northeast by IHG from 30June-5July2026. Check in was a breeze and the staff (Shy & Jessica) was very professional, warm and inviting. The restaurant & bar was convenient and the food was tasty. But the breakfast was simply amazing! There were so many options and buffet styled. I will stay there again just for the breakfast. I just love the location also. Directly across the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant, within walking distance. All types of shopping (Sam's Club, Mall, Walmart and various restaurants) are within a one mile radius. And the topper to it all is the hotel sits conveniently beside Interstate 24. In my humble opinion, it doesn't get any better than that. Thank you again Jessica and Shy. Hope to visit you all again soon. Don Greene

  2/5 Stars Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff were courteous. I also appreciated the on-site restaurant, amenities, and the breakfast, which offered a better variety than most hotels. The room was decent, and the bed and linens were clean. Unfortunately, several issues took away from our stay. The guest Wi-Fi would not recognize our last name or room number, and the only solution offered was to create an account, which shouldn’t be necessary for hotel guests. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to use my cell phone to reach the front desk. The bathroom fan was also not working, leaving the room poorly ventilated, and there were hair strands left in the bathtub upon arrival. The biggest concern was safety. The bathtub had no slip-resistant surface, causing me to slip and fall twice while showering. In addition, the room lights went out twice during our stay, and the hallway carpets were bunched up in several places, creating an obvious trip hazard. Overall, I gave this hotel 2 stars because, despite the clean room, decent breakfast, and convenient amenities, the maintenance issues and safety hazards outweighed the positives. I hope management addresses these concerns before someone is seriously injured.

  There was 2 power outages 30 min apart during our stay but all was good after the second one.
