  I stayed here for business and overall had a very pleasant stay. Check-in took longer than expected, as it appeared the front desk employee was still in training. After checking in, my room key didn’t work when I got to the room. I returned to the front desk and was informed that someone else had somehow been assigned my room. I was then issued a different room, but unfortunately that room key didn’t work either, requiring yet another trip back downstairs. It was certainly inconvenient after a long day of travel. I also found what appeared to be a fake fingernail lodged underneath the cabinet near the bed. Combined with the room assignment confusion and repeated key issues, it left me questioning the attention to detail during housekeeping and room inspections That said, once I finally got into my room, the rest of the stay was excellent. The property is modern, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt recently updated. Everything else exceeded my expectations. While the check-in process could definitely use improvement, the quality of the hotel itself made up for much of the inconvenience. I would gladly stay here again and hope the key assignment issue was simply an isolated incident.

  Booked a one night stay for my family and I. Woke up to no hot running water and no electricity. I had to give my 3 young children bird baths with cold water. The staff was so cavalier about the situation. They didn't even try to come up with solutions. A continental breakfast was included with our reservation, but due to the power being out, we had to leave without hot meals. I tried reaching out to the hotel via email and phone to remedy the matter. They ignored my emails and gave me the runaround when I called and the manager was never available. I would never ever recommend this hotel. Its unacceptable to be a new hotel and not have a backup generator for power outages and not to have proper protocol to accommodate your guests when basic necessities, not amenities, but necessities are not available. The absolute worst customer service. P.S the room was not thoroughly cleaned, there was old cheetos left in the creases of the chaise and previous guest dirty sock left by the bed. Gross!

  Everything was perfect during my stay. The women working in the breakfast service were amazing — always smiling, positive, and very welcoming. They truly made my mornings special. The only disappointing part was the reception experience with Brittney. She was not helpful, had an attitude, and seemed more focused on her computer while I was talking. Unfortunately, she did not make me feel welcomed.
