  Mr. Willie is the man. I have spent many nights at this hotel over the years, consistent great customer service every time. I was in a pinch with travel and these 2 boxes needed to stay. Mr. Willie graciously accommodated me and made sure my boxes will be safe until I return in a couple of days. He is such a great dude to talk with. Mr Willie is an asset to your company.

  We send all of our employees to stay here on the days we buy cars at the nearby auto auction and the place is always super easy to work with on billing and accommodating any changes that we sometimes have. Our employees are consistently happy with the quality of the rooms at this location! W.S.

  Our little traveling circus needed a place to crash between towns (the tent finally collapsed for the third time this week, and the lion still won’t share the van), and the Staybridge at Hamilton Place didn’t just not disappoint—it hit us square in the greasepaint with a cream pie of pure hospitality! We steered our little clownmobile into the lot and parking was such a breeze we nearly did a full triple pratfall out the door. (Pro tip from the guy still stuck in the collapsible car: dodge those cheapskate clowns next door trying to charge you to park in their sad little lot. PARKING ST STAYBRIDGE IS ALWAYS FREE—just like the endless stream of confetti that pours out of our pockets every time we sneeze.) We poured into the lobby in a glorious tangle of oversized shoes, floppy hats, and one poor soul whose red nose kept honking every time he took a step. Straight into our spacious suites we went! The rooms were so big and modern we could’ve staged a three-ring act, complete with human cannonball, without knocking over a single lamp. Those flat-screen TVs? Absolute luxury for us makeup-smeared goofballs—finally a screen big enough that even the clown with the 18-inch feet can see the remote without tripping over it and face-planting into the minibar. We slept so wonderfully the only thing that woke us was the sound of our own noses honking in perfect snoring harmony. The next morning the complimentary breakfast walloped us with excellence. Hot items, cold items, the works—enough variety to keep even the pickiest lion-tamer from roaring. And that juice machine? We fell harder for it than a clown falls for a banana peel. One of us pulled the lever a little too enthusiastically and got a full facial of orange juice, but in our world that’s just free moisturizer and a brand-new makeup look. Next time we come barreling through this neck of the woods (hopefully without the entire tent collapsing on the highway again), we will definitely stop back by the Staybridge. Five giant floppy shoes way up! W.S.

  As an extended stay guest at this property, my family and I have been extremely happy with our stay! The management is top notch and that trickles down to a well trained staff that runs this property right! Front desk staff is always friendly and makes sure our stay is as pleasant as possible. Housekeeping is always readily available for any linen swaps or housekeeping needs that we have. And maintenance is extremely responsive for the one time we had to call them for an AC issue as they showed up 5 minutes after we called about the issue and he did not leave until the issue was fixed, even staying 45 minutes after his normal time that he gets off. This property has zero issues with people hanging around that shouldn’t be there unlike other nearby properties and safety is clearly important to the property owner as there is ample outside lighting, cameras throughout, and an on point night auditor that keeps an eye out at night for anyone that doesn’t belong. My family and I highly recommend this property for anyone considering extended stay properties in the area, as well as any travelers that like having a kitchenette in their room as they travel as it is well stocked for any cooking you may be wanting to do

  We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The room was much bigger than we anticipated, the kitchen area was very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, the beds were comfortable even the foldout bed, the gym has equipment for every workout you could imagine including yoga, it has a very nice free laundry room, a beautiful patio with grills where people hang out together in the evenings, a cute little reading nook with books and magazines, lots of different spaces with comfortable seating to hang out in outside of the rooms, and they have so many more lovely amenities. The breakfast has a lot to offer. The kickbacks they do in the evenings are great too. For the kickbacks they offer themed appetizers and a small selection of beers and wine. And on top of it all, the staff is amazing and truly makes it feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel over and over again.
