  Horrible - booked late night stay. Arrived at hotel, no one at desk. No one answered phone. I had been trying to call for 2 hours to confirm late stay. No answer. Banged on doors for over half hour before getting attention of clerk who told me reservation was canceled and she was busy with other things and didn't answer phone.... unbelievable. Now in middle of night looking for lodging. Do not recommend.

  Crystal J is great but the hotel is disgusting. It’s completely unsafe for the staff when the front doors don’t lock for them. The rooms are absolutely outdated and gross!!! I have 3 kids and would not want them to stay here we left immediately after inspection of the room. The whole places stinks of mold and so musty. Do not stay!

  Worst hotel experience ever !!! Book a room for one night with hotels.com for Friday night, was charged a fee of $168 Friday morning . Checked out Saturday and paid for the parking! Oh but wait they charged me $168 +18 when I checked out. For a grand total of $365 for one night that was only supposed to be $168 . When trying to get my money backthe hotel just gave me the run around saying that they couldn't find the reservation. Jump through all the hopes only to find out that the hotel was not supposed to charge me a hold fee and that I have to call my bank and have a transaction dispute done, what the heck I didn't mess this up but am having to clean up there mess. The hotel was dirty the employees in the morning where terrible and you could tell that they hated there job. I will never stay here again. I recommend that you sleep in your car and find a truck stop to take a shower at, you would be better off than staying here !!!!

  Absolutely worst stay ever. The lady who checked us in was amazing, aside from that the rest of our stay was a nightmare and it's still going. They messed up amd charged our account 2 different times for 2 different amounts and don't want to own up to the mess up so now we are having to do it ourselves through the bank and I guess sue them, it's still on going. Such bullcrap. I was already staying there bc of the worst day of my life, my momma had just passed away, and it was her funeral, so we thought we would stay here and splurge a bit fir relaxation after a depression on my part, only for our stay to make everything even worse. The hot tub was out if service, the pool was so cold and nasty, the breakfast was subpar and everyone we encountered was absolutely rude aside from the woman who cheddar us in on Friday. The man who cheddar us out was the worst. So disappointed amd a bit discussed with the whole situation. Never again will I stay at a staybridge hotel. Do not recommend, period.
