  The rooms were ok but dusty my daughter's allergies started acting up. She is allergic to dust. The bathroom hadn't been swept so their was hair on debris on the floor. The bedding looked pretty clean and it was definitely a nice set up overall. The sofa looked like the original and definitely needs to be replaced. The pool was cloudy but I'm assuming it was from the renovations going on

  Whoever the night auditor was that clocked in on 10/10 needs to be retrained on how to talk to people and customer service. She will definitely run off your guests. Act like she didn’t even want to be there. I booked a room for 10/10 and she said I wasn’t allowed to check in til the next day. Wouldn’t open the doors or print record of MY reservation which I know she can do. I’ll be complaining everyday til something is done about this. I won’t be booking again. I work at an IHG hotel and this isn’t acceptable.

  Came here for a business trip. I was pleased with the room I got. It was spacious, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional.

  Okay so to start I’ll say the hotel does have a bit of a musty smell and so did our room. We had room (336). Very friendly front desk! The rooms are not the cleanest either but the sheets were clean and that’s good enough for me. - No cockroaches spotted - Clean towels - Good service - Warm water/working shower -Good breakfast (waffles, eggs, toast, biscuits & gravy, orange juice, bacon) Would I stay here again? Probably not, but it was sufficient enough for the two nights we stayed.

  Your basically overpaying for the location here, not the amenities. It looks modern on the outside but inside it is 30+ years out of date. There wasn't a traditional ac unit in our room but some kind of roaring beast in a locked closet that made the room cold but left it incredibly humid. I had to nearly climb over a bed to acess the bathroom, the mattresses are thin and HARD and there are no modern plug-ins. I had to put my Bipap apnea machine on the floor because there was nowhere else near the bed to plug it in. The building is non-smoking yet everyone I passed in the hallways and elevator reaked of marijuana. And don't let me forget to mention that it literally smelled like something had died in the bins outside as soon as we stepped out of the car in the parking lot. Next time I'm in Chattanooga I'll stay few more miles from downtown and get something nice for less money.
