  Hotel staff are nice, but there are many downsides to this hotel: 1. The shower is really slippery, beware. 2. AC is super loud 3. Carpet in room is smelly 4. The room has a general damp feel with poor ventilation

  Honestly, up until the morning we checked out, I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s beautiful and in an amazing location. Unfortunately, our last night completely changed my opinion. At 2:00 a.m., we were woken up by a fire alarm that was caused by a person “vaping” which is not the hotels fault. While that was frustrating, we were willing to look past it. However, as we were packing up to leave, we found a roach in our room. That completely changed everything. We had originally planned to stay at this hotel again on our drive home because we enjoyed it so much, but after seeing a roach, we immediately decided to book a different hotel instead. What made the experience even worse was the front desk’s response. When we informed the employee, he simply said, “Okay, here’s your receipt,” without apologizing or showing any concern. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of customer service. Hopefully it was just one isolated incident and not a larger pest problem, but finding a roach in the room was extremely disappointing and unsanitary. Between that and the indifferent response from the staff, I unfortunately can’t recommend staying here.

  We stayed at this hotel for five days. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's walking distance from good restaurants. My only problem was how loud the AC in the room was. When that kicked on during the night, it would wake me up each time. Overall, we'd come back probably during a cooler time of the year :)

  1st - The parking is horrific. The cars were jumbled together in that tiny parking lot... 2nd- If you're a man ...you will be treated likea king... its one of those hotels.... The night shift front desk woman was great however the morning tall front desk guy was rude didn't speak or say anything even when the door was stuck because he didn't know how to set the automatic opening on it...more like he was looking for his next sugar daddy...like the bartender... its one of those hotels...
