  Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend for Military Travelers I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Indigo Chattanooga. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well put together, and I appreciated having plenty of coffee and water available throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any service member needing a place to stay while traveling through Chattanooga. The downtown location is excellent and puts you within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and local nightlife, so there’s plenty to do without having to get back in the car after a long day of traveling. Between the quality of the room, convenient amenities, and great downtown location, this was exactly the kind of experience I look for when traveling. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Chattanooga.

  Great hotel! Clean property, friendly staff and a great happy hour! Unfortunately the room we were in was sooo hot, the air conditioner couldn’t keep up. The soaps in the rooms smell sooo good and are very cleansing. Lobby has fresh fruits and specialty fruit water available at all times which is so refreshing on a hot day!

  Highly recommend this hotel. We spent one night while in Chattanooga. The rooms are modern, well appointed and spacious. The valet parking made check in easy. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. We had a light night meal at the bar and the food was great. Staff was courteous and attentive.

  This was a last minute trip. The room, staff, and restaurant was outstanding. Everything from the valet parking, food and especially the room was exceptional. We stayed in a small king suite. Very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the little things like the welcome screen with our name on it. Well done Indigo of Chattanooga!

  This hotel does NOT deserve high ratings. Normally, I've had good experiences with IHG and Indigo but this was the exception. The rooms were sad looking, but so what, it was the beds that were unimaginable, collapsed on one side, indentations on the other, the pillows lumpy and hard. Our backs and necks were aching and we had no sleep, the first night was a long long night. In the morning, we asked for a different room and they kindly moved us to the 5th floor, where the smell of urine was so bad it made my eyes water. The room itself didn't smell so it was a race to get in and shut the door. The bed was a little better - not much. We never had a cleaning service in 3 days! We had to order fresh towels and coffee. The soap dispenser in shower was empty. It was truly a horrible experience, from having to wait over an hour for breakfast, which we gave up on - we left and walked to Starbucks. The staff was kind and professional but it did not make up for the horrible conditions. And - this was not cheap, we could not leave the 2nd day and get a refund, we were stuck! DON'T DO IT!
