- ALAuMariyah LeeJun 14, 20261.0My significant other and I booked this hotel for a spontaneous trip to Chattanooga. Upon arrival, we realized that parking was going to be a nightmare. There is no public parking garage, you have to use their valet. Check-in was awful. When we got into our room, we quickly realized that the toilet was constantly running and would not flush. We called to the front desk and the same receptionist that checked us in was the one who put on gloves and tried to play “Mr. Plumber.” Well it didn’t work. So we requested a different room. When we got to the new room, we realized that the toilet was BROKEN. Something as simple as being able to relief oneself shouldn’t be difficult in a hospitality setting. We won’t be staying here when we visit again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and our request for an ADA room with a bath chair was fulfilled promptly. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and we frequently used the free shuttle located just around the corner. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping, restaurant, and valet—was friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Trace from the valet team. We learned it was his first week on the job, yet his service was exemplary. He assisted us with our luggage, provided great local recommendations for dining and activities, and was consistently friendly. Thank you for a great stay.
