- AYArielle Yeager3 days ago5.0Honestly this is the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at. The staff were FANTASTIC and completely made the stay. They were all so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and the attendants were so sweet and constantly made sure everything was stocked and satisfactory. The indoor pool is on the smaller side, but the kids had fun anyway. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only room issue we had was a slow draining tub, and they were extremely quick to address it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a tournament and it was extremely close to camp Jordan Park, and will definitely stay here again any time we play in Chattanooga.

- KMKristy MHApr 22, 20261.0Dirtiest room we’ve ever had. We used to be strictly Marriott people, but we’ve recently enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn and Suites, until this location. The floors were filthy, mold in the shower, most of the buttons on the TV remote didn’t work, light switches were very dirty, bathroom sink didn’t drain and most of the USB outlets weren’t working. We couldn’t wait till morning. We didn’t stay for the free breakfast because we didn’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. Check in lady was very nice, but when we left and told them about the issues with the sink and remote they didn’t seem at all concerned. We had to laugh at the card that was supposed to tell you who cleaned the room, no name was on it, clearly wasn’t cleaned lol. The bedding and towels were clean.
