  TRUST ME. THE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE! Our room was large, clean, and looked very nice. The hotel overall, is new and looks new. However, the noise of everyone and everything else in the hotel completely ruin the stay. We joked at how loud the people above us were, only to realize it was not them. It is the construction of the hotel. Here's what you should expect to hear during your stay: Every footstep from the room above you; The opening of the window shades from the neighbors nextdoor - letting in the sunlight for their enjoyment; The wake up alarms of the neighbors around you; Every door locking and unlocking from the surrounding rooms. My husband got up twice in the middle of the night, to make sure it wasn't our door! And the surround sound from your bedframe and the neighbors bedframe, if you so much as move a hair. To get your TV working after it goes out (which it probably will, several times - as our did), simply unplug the Ethernet cable from the wall going into the cable box behind the TV, unplug your TV and after about a minute, plug them both back in. Your TV should work for the remainder of that day. Should you decide to stay here, know that you've been informed and adjust your expectations accordingly

  It was awesome! Everyone was polite and respectful. The room was clean. The bed was soft and clean! We will definitely stay here again and I’ll tell anyone the needs a room this way to stay here!

  Horrible stay. The walls are SO thin. I heard everything around me the room above me stomped so hard. I heard when they dropped something. The beds weren’t that remarkable i thought since it was a newer hotel the beds would be more comfortable/ unused but absolutely not. I just didn’t enjoy my stay at all. When I checked in with Brooke. I handed her my card and ID. And when she returned them she put them on the counter even though my hand was extended. Very awkward I don’t think I’ve ever did this as a customer service representative. Then the incidental fee is 50 bucks! Whereas Marriott is at most 35?! Smh I knew this was Patel operated by how cheap everything felt and the 4pm check in and 11am check out. Smh. It’s not a bad hotel but definitely not worth my business and luckily there are better hotels in the area Btw: they have a 4.1 already and they just opened that should tell you something

  The hotel appears to be fairly new, but the furniture feels cheap and the rooms are not well insulated. The walls are very thin, and you can easily hear children running and making noise in the rooms above. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.
