    This hotel was terrific. The rooms were clean and the halls even smelled good. The breakfast was good as well. Everything worked properly. It was a very nice hotel and we would stay here again.

    I have to echo what others have said about the noise. The people walking above you sounds like stomping. I barely slept.

    Crystal (rooms) Trenton (service) Nathan (Mgr) Leaving a positive review is simply not enough for these three people working at The Holiday Inn Express at the Hamilton place in Chattanooga, I would like to thank them earnestly for their hospitality and humbled self. I will start off with Crystal. She showcased that duty comes first and even if she was not assigned a particular room to service, she will do it with a smile and to put a cherry on top of her work, she wrote a handwritten note to reach out if it necessary. Trenton at the front desk was attentive, courteous, and very personable. I check in at 11 pm, and this young man on my request helped me with a bigger room as my stay was longer. Upon my request, he accepted to help me with laundry services. His services were not just smile but an actionable smile — I WILL SUPPORT YOU not just smile with you. Nathan is the last person that I want to mention. His managerial support was incredible and meaningful for my stay. I hope with each positive review the higher administrative level executives give them recognition and monetary rewards.

    The highlight of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, especially the team working during my check-in around 4:00 p.m. They made an excellent first impression and provided great customer service throughout my stay. I would stay here again, but only if the cleanliness increased.

    Floors are super hollow. Can hear everyone walking back and forth back and forth all night. Mentioned it to the front desk the next morning, the girl just shrugged it off.
