  Originally, we had an issue with the fridge not working and bathroom floor not clean. I told the front desk and everything was taken care of by the time we came back to settle in for the night. This is our 3rd time using this hotel. No issues. Good place to stay and price is reasonable.

  Great stay. Customer service was good. Just didn't know this particular hotel was two in one with Holiday inn also. Only irritating thing staying here was the lack of parking and unnecessary parking such as double parking and semi trucks taking up ten parking spots everyday. So if you decide to do extended stay like me being a healthcare traveler please keep that in mind before staying here.

  Great rooms, quiet, a beautiful pool, and excellent exercise rooms. There are many restaurants nearby. Also all forms if retail shops.

  Had a previous reservation at the Candlewood East Ridge, sadly that location was right next door to a rundown Super 8 Motel with some really "sketchy" characters walking around there. Luckily, the Hampton Place location could accommodate us for 4 days. And Mia and Tiffany made our first time at Candlewood Suites AMAZING. Although we had to be moved due to a non working fridge, Mia was so warm and helpful with instructions on our complimentary laundry usage. And Tiffany responded right away when we needed some toiletries in the new room. The grounds and common spaces were immaculate and all the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. When tons of people showed up 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, the staff still put out fresh items to make sure everyone had the opportunity to eat before closing. This will definitely be our go-to location whenever we're in Chattanooga.

  An extremely last-minute trip, but definitely worth it. My room lost 1 point because it was a Gatorade bottle On the floor near the edge of the bed that was a little off putting however, the front desk was so nice. the entrance way was welcoming the entire team in reference to cleanliness was super friendly. I would like to give a special shout out to Tiffany who handled breakfast so efficiently with Multiple families making sure everything was stocked and with a smile. We appreciate good service 🤗
