- CHChristine HollandSep 30, 20265.0Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Omar. He was so friendly and helpful. My husband had dental surgery and we had to spend the night in Brentwood. We had already booked at this location prior to the surgery. Once I found out we would be done by noon I went to the hotel and spoke with Omar. Explained that my husband just had surgery and asked if we had to wait til check in time. Omar got us checked in early so my husband could come in and go straight to sleep. Breakfast was great and the hotel was clean! Perfect for our one night stay. Thanks again, Omar!
- MAMike ArronSep 23, 20263.0Location is amazing, but the care of this place is depressing. Large scratches on ALL the walls throughout the hotel, broken toilet seat that I notified them about and nothing was repaired. Not impressed 😒
- MLMary LSep 21, 20262.0The tv remote wouldn't work unless you're standing next to it. No laying in bed and changing channels. Also no ice bucket in the room. Breakfast wasn't ready at posted time. Also there was paper/trash on the floor in the lobby. I told the woman at the front desk and she said it wasn't her job to pick it up. That they had housekeeping for that. The trash laid there for hours. Couldn't believe that. There were 4 employees sitting around doing nothing but laughing and none could pick up a napkin on the floor. Bunch of lazy people work there
- PSPatty SalasSep 17, 20264.0This Holiday Inn is conveniently located right off I-65 and near the Gallerie Mall. There are many dining options in the area. The facility was clean and the room furniture in great shape! They could use more than 2 luggage trolleys. Was happy to see a refrigerator with a small compartment freezer for our cooler cold packs. The linens were so soft and the pillow were exceptionally comfortable!!! It was nice to have a couch but I wish they had sacrificed about 2 feet of that area for a larger bathroom. They do need to refresh the wall paper in the hallways and touch up the beat up doors. It really detracts from the overall look of a well maintained hotel. We would definitely stay there again!
- HHHarrisonSep 17, 20261.0I was quoted a price on the phone right before I got there. They increased the price when I got there. The first room had a broken toilet. The second room had a broken phone and the A/C was leaking in the room making the carpet wet. It also smelled like mold in the room. I was too tired to switch rooms again. They said they would give me a discount, but they never did. They also charge you for breakfast.
