- PTPhoto Traveler1 day ago5.0GREAT experience from beginning to end! Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Being a diamond 💎 customer, we enjoyed the suite and welcoming snack and drink. The suite and bathroom were clean, beds very comfortable and shower pressure was excellent! The breakfast bar was well stocked and very clean. Toward the end of breakfast, the bacon was gone and some who waited til right before 9 to come down to eat.... the sweet young lady had more BACON ready!! Talk about intuitiveness! She's a hard worker with a great attitude who has "bed side manners" to all and did it all with a smile. GREAT customer service young lady! You deserve a raise or promotion. Oh! During breakfast, someone accidentally knocked over the free standing hand sanitizer. TWO workers, especially the lady at the desk, rushed to her aid and put that hand sanitizer back together again. All with a smile and without making that lady feel badly. There are still great humans in the world who treat others with kindness! We had a late checkout. Housekeeping ladies are hard working, very sweet and friendly. We will definitely stop by again when coming through and refer this location . . . business or personal. THANK YOU to all the next level staff here. Ya'll did a fantastic job in giving us a great quality stay! Oh! I forgot to take pics. So I did on my way out. LOVE the July 4th decor!! ♥️🤍💙 🇺🇸 In time for the 250th birthday celebration.

They also had is super decorated for July 4th! The only weird thing is... The bathroom door wasn't solid, it was a cloth curtain. So there was a little less privacy than we would have liked. Aside from that, what a wonderful little hotel!

This is my first time visiting Tennessee, and he has already made a wonderful first impression of both the hotel and the state. His hospitality truly made me feel welcome.

The staff stood out for their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help at all times. We always receive cordial attention and a sincere smile. I want to give a special recognition to Jenny , who was exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful during our stay. Without a doubt, his dedication and excellent attitude made the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
