  Nice hotel with breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Lighting in room is a little dim due to being eco friendly. Has a white noise machine in room.

  The hotel was very clean, employees were friendly, bed was very comfortable & the continental breakfast was really impressive. There was even a sound machine device on the nightstand which was quite useful. It is close to plenty of restaurants, feels like a safe neighborhood and is a short drive into Nashville. The only slight negative was the elevator situation. For a hotel this size, one elevator doesn't cut it. Expect a bit of a wait and a crowded elevator, or do what my family and I did and just take the stairs on either side of the long hallway.

  Upon arrival and even when I checked out Haley treated me like I was her best guest! She even remembered me from a previous stay!!! I stay here a lot and will keep coming back because of people like her!!!!

  Love the beds. They’re extremely comfortable. I love the way the pillowcases are labeled firm and soft we were only there for one night, but we will definitely try other Holiday Inn expresses.

  Hayley, needs to be removed from the front desk, she has no consideration! No empathy nor any hospitality! Very rude young lady!! She’s very bland and you can tell she hates her job! She was there 3 out of the 4 days at my stay!! We missed house keeping went down and asked if she can have them come to our room, me and my parents were gone all day and no one was ever sent to our room, in another instance we came down and asked for a new clean set for the pull out beds and she said No, we only give one per room and we believed her, but we then asked another front desk lady who was very sweet and considerate (I wish I got her name, but she worked overnight shift leading into today 9/13). On top of her rudeness our rooms were not up to par I know it’s a hotel and we understand it’s shared rooms but the upkeep is missing!! Rust!! Filters flirty and shower drains filled with rust and hair and sink drains! Drained slow. Thank you to all who were kind and helpful.
