    Great stay! Everything surpassed my expectations of what a Holiday Inn express should be. Especially Haley, starting the day with a wonderful greeting and the attentiveness she provides is extremely delightful. Keep up the amazing work!

    Stayed here 4 nights as we dropped our girl off at college. Very nice and clean. Mattress were very comfortable It was quiet. I even had a bath which was lovey. The breakfasts were good and hot. The coffee was excellent. We will be staying here again.

    I had such a lovely stay at the hotel! Greg was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you, Greg, for making my stay so wonderful! I would happily stay here again :)

    Room was clean and comfortable, no coffee maker in the room but an automatic coffee machine was available 24/7 in the lobby (which made it too weak). Close to the freeway, which you can hear. Also had a couple of trains go by. The staff we interacted with were great. My wife said breakfast was good. Overall it was acceptable but we will choose something else next time.

    Unfortunately, my checkout experience on 07/28/2026 was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service I received. I have stayed here before and have never had any issues until today. The lady assisting me refused to provide a printed copy of my invoice, even after I explained that I needed it immediately for work reimbursement. This was a simple and reasonable request that should have been accommodated, but instead I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. What should have been a quick and straightforward checkout became an unnecessarily frustrating experience. No one wants or needs a frustrating experience with staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and places a greater emphasis on customer service. A small act of courtesy and a willingness to help can make a significant difference in a customer's experience. I hope this was an isolated incident and that future customers receive the level of service they deserve. Ronald Robles
