  This place seems like a discounted office to hotel renovation. Room 120 had screws holding the bathroom ceiling together. Most doors are light and reused. Had the original lock holes unfilled in most doors. Breakfast was bland. Pancake machine was barely cooking the dough all the way through. Also, look up at the lock for some exterior doors, that place is not secure. ONLY thing that was alright was the bed.

  This hotel is not accessible! No elevator and even to get into the front door has steps. Do not take a wheelchair user here!

  The room had many safety violations. The building front access door had pieces of lock and door jamb broken out which makes locking the door impossible. Anyone could walk in any time. Furnace room was filthy and had loose wire connected with wire nuts instead of being secured with electrical conduit. Sprinkler system had one of the sprinklers covered with solo cup which compromised the sprinkler system. Room bedroom has French style door that has been screwed shut with metal plates and screws. If there was a fire in other part of hotel room, escape would be difficult or impossible. After noticing all problems within a very short period of time, we reported the problems to man at front desk and asked for a refund. We shared pictures of the violations at the front desk and hich he copied. Regarding the refund for the room, the employee told us management would contact us. Management never contacted us and did not refund the room charges. We left immediately, drove into Kentucky after booking a room in another hotel. Based on our experience with the hotel, I believe the hotel should be shutdown until county inspectors can clear the hotel for safe operation. Beware of Best Western location in Brentwood Tennessee!

  Water went out, room smelt bad, mold in room and in hallway, bathroom sub floor is failing and has floor rot under plank flooring, shower was horrible, water pressure was terrible, sofa bed is a brick and no one could sit or sleep on the sofa bed, the suite was not cleaned daily, we were in the room in the evening and maintenance, just came in without knocking by using master key, the main hallway door to the outside was not secured, anyone could enter the building, the lobby breakfast area was dirty, microwave always dirty with oatmeal crusted inside it for several days, the beds were not comfortable as they were old and springs and low spots in mattresses, we checked out one day early at 9:43 am, the attendant told me she couldn’t check me out until the next day and was not able to give me a receipt until the next day. I asked for some sort of compensation which was not given. I simply left. I will never stay at this place again, being in Brentwood, I expected a much better room and or experience however I felt I was at a low class roach coach motel! I would have moved hotels but there were not any available elsewhere. Do not stay here, it was represented as a better hotel in Brentwood but once there it was similar to a dive hotel.   Just checking in this hotel and already want to leave. I never do this but if the experience requires it has to be done. From outside and the review it seems nice but the rooms are outdated, there is NO ELEVATORS and most I was assigned a room right on the level of the entrance lights that are gonna be on all night. I kindly asked if I could be move to another room and I was told without even trying to find a solution that all the rooms were booked…on TUESDAY NIGHT IN APRIL…sure 😒 Very disappointing!
