Had a wonderful weekend stay in Nashville for my birthday getaway, thanks to my best friend booking this room for us. What stood out most was the strong security presence on-site — security regularly patrolled the property, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout our stay and gave us peace of mind about our vehicle. The front desk was also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the experience was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.
Doors opened and closed all night. Highway noise. Train noise. Cloud not sleep. Poor location with a truck park next door. Awful for resting.
Last Friday (April 24, 2026), after a grueling five-hour drive from Suwanee, GA, my family and I checked in late at night, hoping for a restful stay. Unfortunately, our experience at this Best Western was nothing short of a nightmare.
Upon entering our third-floor room, we found the Smart TV network was disconnected. As I wanted to let my children enjoy a few minutes of television before bed, I immediately informed the reception. For the next hour and a half, I was met with blatant dishonesty. Two staff members—a white female employee followed by a Black female employee named Sandr*—repeatedly promised to come up and check the issue "immediately."
Despite three follow-up visits to the lobby and a phone call, no one ever showed up. It became clear that the first staff member was simply waiting for her shift to end, while the second had no intention of helping us at all. When I finally confronted Sandr* about the long delay, her demeanor turned shockingly hostile. Instead of apologizing for the hour-long wait, she was incredibly rude, literally covering her ears with her hands and shouting "Listen, listen!" to drown out my voice. She refused to hear my concerns and looked at me with such aggression that I felt physically intimidated.
As a frequent traveler, I felt this treatment was dismissive and potentially discriminatory. It seemed as though they assumed an Asian family would simply give up and go to sleep if they ignored us long enough.
We were eventually moved to a room on the fourth floor, which was another disaster; the soundproofing was non-existent, and the highway noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep properly.
This stay was characterized by broken promises, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of basic human respect. This experience has completely tarnished my view of Best Western and Nashville as a whole. I expected professional hospitality, but instead, I was met with hostility. I will never return to this establishment.
Very clean and well cared for property. We were in town for a hockey tournament at the Ford Ice Center and this hotel was conveniently located to that facility.
Being in the Nashville area, we wanted to check out downtown. Although we were about 20 minutes from Broadway, the drive (outside of the crazy amount of traffic) was easy.
Staff was very nice, food for the breakfast was good, although it was the same offering for each of the three mornings we were there. It was hot and fresh. The coffee was excellent! Staff in the food area kept a close eye on cleanliness and refills.
Room was very clean and modern. It was also huge! That came in handy when drying two bags of hockey gear each night!
We look forward to another to go masochist Nashville and another stay at this hotel!

I would not recommend staying here due to the extremely poor customer service we received both during our stay and after.
We booked a weekend getaway here as a last trip as a family of 3 before our second child arrived. The concierge who checked us in didn’t talk to us the entire check in process. My three year old was excitedly talking about how excited he was to go to the pool (which was the whole reason we booked this location). Instead of the concierge telling us that the pool was down, she let my three year old get his hopes up and just let us to go on believing that the pool was open. She watched us come out of the elevator with our bathing suits on and she made eye contact with us as we went to the pool without even mentioning it was closed. I totally understand that maintenance is needed, however, the fact we weren’t informed upon check in when we were talking about the pool nor when we were walking to the pool in our bathing suits is really disappointing and broke our 3 year old’s heart.
Also, we only had 1 bath towel in our room. I tried to message the front desk and they never responded. The next morning, I went down to ask for additional towels and it took over 15 minutes to be helped.
I then reached out to the property regarding my experience and was told by the general manager, Raquel Rhea, that we would be credited for our stay. I didn’t follow up until after the 3-5 business days had passed that she said would take to receive the refund and I still hadn’t received it. I then was told by Booking.com that the property denied to give me a refund.
Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. The customer service is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
