    Very rude staff. Listed as a pet friendly hotel but they regret to inform you until AFTER you paid that your pet has to STAY WITH YOU. So if you are traveling with pets and need to go shopping , out to dinner , WORK which was strictly my reasoning in getting this hotel then you are just SOL. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

    Room was clean, updated, older hotel. Pool and gym are smaĺl. Close to eateries. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check-out.

    My stay here has been exceptional thanks to Nate and Terra. The room are clean and the food is good. As with every hotel I believe more Maintenance could be done. Overall a 8.5 out of 10

    Very badly maintained. First room had stains. Toilet had black stains. Mirror had a very prominent black line. Changed room. New room door needed effort to close properly. Reception helped in inspecting rooms before change. All bathroom doors had swollen bottoms. Main doors had stains and signs of damage.

    I gotta be real here, this is the grossest Holiday Inn I’ve been to. Vomit or coffee or something on the bed skirt (and it shined with black light, which I am travelling with to detect UV reaction in millipedes while hiking, I’m not a clean freak; and the carpet stain didn’t shine) , white splatters at eye level all over the standing mirror (probably hairspray or toothpaste or both), the 3rd towel I picked up has a lot of coarse pubes or facial hairs in it, and there was a pointy metal object on the ground. Desk person (not their fault) gave some loyalty points and was really nice (thank you), but wow is this room in ROUGH shape for a Holiday Inn and we showed up over 2 hours after check in time :(
