    This hotel has great service here in my opinion. They are on top of things when requested, the kitchen crew is very kind and helpful in dietary restrictions. I’ve been here 3 times now and will return here everytime I’m in Alcoa.

    Only knocking off a star because our room smelled like feet, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. I really like the location of this hotel, it’s very close to the airport.

    Solid hotel option. Very ideal location with easy access to main roads. We stayed 4 nights and it had everything we needed. Front desk staff very helpful and attentive. Rooms may feel older or outdated but good affordable option. We would stay again

    Asked the front desk if they had laundry detergent dispensers in their laundromat, guy at the front desk said no. I went to the store and bought some, came back and the same guy informed me "oh we dont have a laundromat." Same guy has checked us in for three weeks and never informed us our company needs to fill out a form to be able to use the card that's on file. I end up paying over $200 for one night. Then the following week, their site allowed us to reserve a couple queen room, and upon arrival informed us that there were no more rooms available and upcharged us for a single king with a pool out couch. Bedside table lights and TV do not work. The sink has algae growing in it. House keeping didn't clean our room for three days and no fresh towels or wash clothes
