  Large cockroach on ceiling and large spiderwebs in room not staying there with my infant son, I really hope my card gets refunded because i was told my card had already been charged!

  We had a good stay here the when we arrived to Tennessee and even came back to stay the night before we left. The people were friendly the room was clean and the shuttle service was excellent.

  The location was good and the staff was friendly. Typical breakfast. Our big complaint is that the air conditioner was so loud and clanky in our first room that we could not sleep. We asked to change rooms and they obliged but the air conditioner in the second room was a high pitched squeal. We finally just turned it off and slept in a stuff warm room all night. We probably will not return to this hotel due to the air conditioner issues.

  The woman at the front desk was super sweet and kind. It was nice having transportation options for the airport. That’s about all of the positives I could say about the place for myself personally. Just not my cup of tea here. I was only here for about 6 to 7 hours. It was OK just to nap, but it smelled terrible in the room (even though it was non-smoking.. smelled super musty and/or like someone smoked at some point. Not fresh) and the pillows really sucked. I had to go back and double check that I was staying at a hotel - definitely gave off more of a motel vibe

  My daughter & I stayed here the night before flying to Las Vegas & when we returned. The hotel was clean & everyone was so nice. Christie helped so much with a booking issue that we had. She really went above & beyond! Ms. Donna was so sweet & made sure nothing ran out for breakfast. We enjoyed talking to her. Rooms were clean & exactly what we needed after flying in on the red eye on our return. Unfortunately, I didn't get the girls name that checked us in on our return, but she was very helpful & accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay both nights!
