  Edit: You'll see the brand's generic response below. They also sent me a form email that I did respond to with follow up that has gone unanswered. Rest assured, your feedback is falling on deaf ears. Called days in advance to confirm shuttle availability due to late arrival and put notes in room reservation with flight number and how late it was coming. Arrived after midnight and first phone call someone picked up and immediately hung up. Second call rang forever. Called corporate and they called the exact same number, that person answered and told corporate to have us call again. Called again and got a hostile person who took 20+ minutes to get to the airport. We were given keys to a room someone was already in (door slammed on our face as we opened it). Walked back to the front desk and reception was gone again. Mind you our room is visible from reception. Repeat the process of calling the front while walking around the premises looking for where this person went. Another 20 minutes go by and they show up. Get a new room while check in tells us they have no idea who’s in our room. Finally get the family into the room around 130am. Hotel is .25 miles from the airport for reference Don’t worry though. I filled out the feedback survey they sent us and my input is being used for training purposes. HOORAY! I’m so glad an experience like that will be used for training purposes. GM never responded to my follow up email Try a days inn or sleeping at the terminal next time.

  Beds were to firm. rust in 2 places in bathroom. Aircon would start and stop all night no matter what we did. And way over priced for the experience.

  Large cockroach on ceiling and large spiderwebs in room not staying there with my infant son, I really hope my card gets refunded because i was told my card had already been charged!

  Great value and cleanliness! Stayed here as it is close to the airport. Shuttle was greatly appreciated!
