- TKTommy KitchensMay 1, 20265.0Checked in last minute before an early flight the next morning. Check in lady seemed to be in a bad mad mood which is understandable. It's a tough job. The best part was the driver being available 24/7, i.e. 4am. She was welcoming and cheerful the next morning. I would suggest she put a QR code in her vehicle for tips though as I did not have any cash on me to reward her for her great service and conversation.
- JTJohn TApr 22, 20262.0Tried to book a room for my son who was waiting at the airport for a flight the next day. Stephanie put me on hold while she helped another customer. When she returned to the line I asked her for the room price and she said $85 plus tax, I asked if I could get the total and she said I can't do that I'm checking someone in. I told her that was fine, I'll wait and she replied " I just told you it's a hundred bucks". If that's the price it's fine but someone that treats customers this way should not be in the hospitality industry. She needs some more training in customer service Best Western, she represents your brand.

The front desk was nice enough to give us a different room. Rooms can get a good deep cleaning specially the carpets and a little renovation. There are bugs in the room. Bathroom doors don’t lock which is a safety hazard if you have kids in the room. Breakfast was same for two days. Distance from downtown Knoxville was ok but traffic was horrible. The staff were great and smiles a lot.
