  I stayed at this Best Western near the Knoxville airport in late October 2026. There is an airport shuttle that will pick you up from the airport relatively quickly (5-10 minute wait after calling) but it’s also the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the airport. I Arrived late at night (11:30pm) but the staff quickly checked me in. I slept just fine and the complimentary hotel breakfast was from 6-9am and was standard fare - egg patties, sausage patties, cereal, milk, waffles, bagels, coffee, etc. The WiFi did not require a password

  We waited for a shuttle van for over 40 mins! It was early in the morning and they weren’t busy at all. They said the shuttle would be here in 30 and it’s been well over that time. We called them back multiple times. They advertise free shuttle service 24 hours a day. They need to update that it and let customers know that they only pick up on the hour even when not busy. The van driver when picking us up was super kind though!

  This hotel was in a very convenient location. I was here from Georgia visiting my mom in the hospital for the week. I woke up to a baby roach crawling on the toilet, the toilet took a very long time to fill up, the floors had hair on them, under the sink was dusty, there was not a blow dryer in the room and when I left for the day I put the sign up for my room to be cleaned and it wasn't touched. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was decent and the staff seemed pleasant. This could be a nice place if management would check the rooms after the cleaning crew were done to make sure things were done right. I shouldn't have to clean my room.

  Stayed a week for work. Best Westerns have decreased in quality. Checking in, the front desk gentleman said, “hold on” as he finished a text on his phone when I walked up with a warm greeting. I asked for my BW account to be on my reservation, he didn’t even try. Rooms are very humid, you can’t smell the mildew in the damp carpets. Black mold in the corner of the shower. Other than that, rooms were decent. Checking out, I passed the front desk woman in the hallway as she was gossiping to house keeping. She asked if I was checking out as I passed, seeing my luggage. I told her yes. I made it to the front desk where another guest was already waiting. I waited over 5 minutes for her to finish her conversation. Which isn’t bad for me but I can’t imagine how long the woman in front of me waited. I remained kind, when I checked out I asked again about putting my BW account on my reservation for points. She said it was and after finally receiving the emailed receipt. I realized it was NOT. Poor service
