They had already charged the card I made the reservation with, even though the confirmation I received after making the reservation said payment was due the date of check-in. Property is unwilling to allow different form of payment and refund the card charged. They also lied to customer service with Best Western about being able to refund and change payment. Do not stay at this property if you want customer service!!!
