  Picked this hotel for the water slide while passing through. Got here 10:10 and she said the pool was open till 11:00. Go to the pool at 10:20 and slide was closed. She said the slide closed at 10 when I went to ask. Meaning she closed it down early after we checked in. No where did it say the slide closed early. Super disappointed kiddo. We got up early to use it in the morning. Kiddo loved the slide. Breakfast was terrible. At 8:15 there was no sausage no eggs and 2 pieces of toast. We made a waffle which didn’t taste great so we threw it out and went to McDonalds down the street. Now leaving at 9:30 and the “breakfast guy” is sitting in there eating his eggs and sausage while the parking lot is empty. Would stay here again for the slide but that’s about it.

  We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were also very comfortable and clean.

  I accidentally paid for a room but it was for the following week and not the day I needed it. This place would not return my money back. Talked to customer service for 20 mins on the phone and they said it's up to the manager on site to refund me. I will not return to this place again.

  Do NOT do it. BED BUGS. Was in our room for all of 2 hours when we saw them coming out. Was a very clean hotel so was very shocked to see this, had to move hotels with our 3 year old and 4 month old at 1 am. Front desk was very rude and said “so weird pest control just came” disgusting. Would’ve given zero stars but that wasn’t an option.
