One employee saw my bags at the top of the stairs and brought them down to my car. These are great people.

Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk staff, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff. It was kind of jarring, not what we were expecting. They weren't overly nice either, just nice greetings, super friendly and they just seemed happy to help with anything. Everything was super clean too, and my whole family commented on it immediately. We only stayed one night as we visited the Badlands, I guess we were expecting a touristy trap dump motel. Best hotel experience in awhile.

Limited seating at peak hours. Prompt attention to our lighting issue. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Family owned. We would come back if in the area again.
