    I had an excellent stay at the Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls at Empire Mall and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The suite itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities really stood out—especially the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety and was consistently fresh. I also appreciated the evening social hours, which added a nice touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is perfect, right by the Empire Mall with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and staffed by people who clearly care about guest experience. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Sioux Falls!

    Im super happy with this. The price was perfect and for what you get, far less than any other hotel I've stayed at. Front desk is friendly, place is clean and cozy. Even has a dishwasher.

    Horrible weekend! Drunk parents all over! Kids running on every floor knocking on doors. So much as they ran the elevator to over heat leaving us with one who had surgery to walk down 3 flights of stairs. When we called to get a late check out as we had complications and we’re advised that they do not allow late check outs Sunday. Even for diamond elite members. They need to remove those amenities from check in if they arent following through. Absolutely left a bad taste in our mouth and the workers DID NOTHING!!! Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your stay in Sioux falls!!
