  The room was extremely clean and lots of updates occuring. There are so many amenities at this hotel including pool, restaurant, bar, snack area, parking garage. We had a microwave and refrigerator in our king bed room. The toliet to tub area is quite snug, but again very clean. We only paid a $50 pet fee. There was a grassy area with dog bags and trash. The breakfast was great. Saturday is 7 am buffet and Sunday is 8 am brunch, just fyi. The staff is fabulous! I would have given the hotel a 5/5, but on our 2nd night a dance party was occurring above (our 9th floor room) on the 10th floor party rooms until well passed 11pm. We will still be back.

  They have put a lot of money into updating this property, new chrome fixtures and anti slip liner in the original scratched bathtub with a broken drainplug was hopefully just the beginning of a great remodel. We have been staying here annually for the he last 5 years with the same issues every year, When entering the room the first thing you are greeted with is the stale cigarette smoke smell, poorly monitored hallways are usually full of unsupervised children, slamming doors, abandoned luggage carts and dirty dishes. The parking garage would be a lot nicer if there was an elevator or if the 2nd floor connected to anything other than a steep flight of stairs directly into the center of the lobby. The front desk genuinely seems to be burdened by existing and while they are polite and professional are not able to direct you to your room, the pool, wifi access or any additional explanation of the hotels amenities or what makes their town special.

  I worked with Caitlyn to create our dream wedding. The entire team worked so hard to put our wedding day together. It was so smooth and flawless. The guests had nothing but great things to say about the food and the service. The rooms were clean and brunch tasted amazing the next morning! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get married!!

  The hotel itself was really nice, but the operation was incredibly disorganized. Front desk staff checked us into the wrong room, our keys were deactivated while we were at an event and told we did not have reservations. After I convinced the staff to check under my name and confirmation number, it was determined the desk staff made an error and new keys were issued. Then, staff retrieved all of our property from a back room that they had removed. I was never called, no email sent. The staff just took it upon themselves to steal our property and deactivate our keys rather than check internally to find out if there was a mistake
