- NNNick2 days ago5.0I have always had a good experience staying here. The suites are very nice, the bartenders are awesome, and the service in general has been spectacular every time I visit. The location is great for business or pleasure. Though for families the area can sometimes be a little sketchy at night.
- DADJ A4 days ago3.0Nice Holiday Inn. The inside is very nice, much more up to date than the outside. Bar is awesome as is the service, front desk was great. Bathrooms are clean but definitely not a good layout and Luke warm water AT BEST in the shower. Beds are comfy, pillows are great. They charge $15 for parking which is a bummer. Overall good hotel.

I asked if I can check in, and she yelled at me, told me I need to wait until she was done with the other customer. She did not make me feel welcomed at all. She was yelling at another customer on top of yelling at me. She threatened the customer. And then walked off the job. We went to another hotel downtown. I would not recommend staying here.

I received a welcome text from Gabrielle asking me how my room was and if I needed anything to let her know. Turns out she was very helpful with helping us find a delicious place for dinner and answering many of my other questions. It was like having my own personal concierge. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive to my questions. It was a very pleasant surprise that I have never experienced at any other hotel. It's the small priceless customer service that made this hotel stay memorable. Thanks Gabriel!
