  Great location and decent rooms but was told multiple times I couldn’t get more towels from the front desk and it was going to be 30 to 45 mins to get any. Weren’t very helpful in trying to help the situation and definitely didn’t seem to care.

  I'll accept part of the responsibility I suppose for booking through a 3rd party. But I paid 217 for one of the most mid hotel rooms I have ever stayed at. And while I normally would just say nothing the $30 parking charge really is what set me over board. Call me cheap but I like to be informed of charges. When the front desk person asks me if I'd like a parking pass without informing me that it will cost $30 that's when I get frustrated. I would have found somewhere else cheaper to park. And man I would have found somewhere nicer to stay as well. Room 219 is a very outdated super 8 style room and I am surprised a downtown hotel that is rated 3 stars would be this old depressing and dare I say embarrassing to stay in.

  Hotel is nice and there’s a lot to do around. But IHG app says dinner until 1am on Fridays and Saturday, I call for dinner at 11 pm on Saturday night and am told the cooks have left for the night. I go down to see what’s going on and am told that’s not correct the dinner stops at 10. Get this corrected for the price of the rooms here.

  Hotel is very nice. Room was comfortable and clean with nice amenities (coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave). Three elevators kept things moving with minimal wait to get to room. Restaurant is nice with big selection and very reasonable prices, including the room service fee. The only thing I wish was different is accessible access to the hotel from the top floor of the parking garage. The only option is stairs and that is tough when carrying suitcases , strollers, and children. Would be nice if there were designated spaces at the entrance to check-in and drop off luggage before parking.

  We spent 2 nights here. The overall condition of this hotel is great. Here’s why I took 2 stars off: Our flight was scheduled to land on 11:40pm. It was a few minutes late so when I called to get a shuttle from the hotel, it was almost midnight. I was told the shuttle no longer run. After waiting for our uber to show up, the first driver canceled on us after 5 minutes, the 2nd driver was 15 minutes away, we decided to walk out and find a taxi. Right as we got outside, we saw a “holiday inn” shuttle pulling over. It was already 12:20am. We found out they were here to pick up the airline crew which happened to be the same crew that served our flight. The driver welcomed us on the van but it made us questioning the level of service this hotel is committed to provide. We didn’t check in with a car but decided to get a rental the next day. When I got a parking permit from the front desk, the guy didn’t mention anything about a parking fee. When we checked out, the same guy asked me if I’d like a receipt for the $15 parking fee. Not to mention I had a diamond elite status and the car was literally parked for 3 hours since we returned it the same day. Even though the room seemed clean to the naked eyes, I suspected it wasn’t properly vacuumed and dusted because I’m severely allergic to dust and my nose was runny nonstop both days when I was in the room and recovered as soon as I went out. This happened to me in a few other hotels before. It’s unfortunate for me but also made me a living indicator of cleanliness of a place. This is harmless if you don’t have this kind of allergy but beware if you require a hypoallergenic environment. Bottomline, not a bad hotel but we won’t visit again.
