Normally I would just book my reservation online, but this time I needed to via phone, to access a special rate offered for an event that I will be coming into town for.
Called four times to book the stay. Each time, no one answered the phone, and it redirected to their corporate booking department. On the first call, once it redirected to corporate, the agent I spoke with the was very nice, but because I was booking for an event that was offering a special rate, she said that I needed to talk to someone from the hotel itself in order to get that rate. So I tried the hotel again multiple times, and as I mentioned above, each time I tried to call the hotel itself, no one would answer, and I would be redirected right back to the corporate booking department.
The deadline for my special rate passed, and I was never was able to book using the rate offered for the event I will be in town for, and I ended up booking full price somewhere else.
Maybe it was just a bad few days for the front desk, but…
1) You would think that if you call several times over the course of a couple of days someone would answer eventually.
2) It makes no sense that there was no prompt to simply leave a message, that way, even though no one was able to answer, they would have been able to call back. The automatic redirect to the corporate booking line replaced that option however.

Smallish room, but very comfortable, a lot of charging options, plus and USB A. MY first visit to a GLo but won't be my last. Lots of food and shopping in this what seems to be new area of town.

We've stayed here before, and it was worth coming back. The staff, the cleanliness, the location all make it the perfect place for us.

I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this hotel. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in my room—something no guest should ever have to deal with. I will be including photos of the bites for reference.
Because of the severity of the situation, I had to leave immediately and was forced to abandon all of my belongings to avoid bringing the infestation home. The total value of what I lost was over $900. The hotel did refund my stay, but they did not offer any help with cleaning, recovering, or replacing my personal items.
On top of that, I had to spend around $350 out of pocket on basic necessities like clothing, toiletries, and a new place to stay. The situation didn’t end there—I later experienced worsening symptoms and even had to spend time in the ER as a result.
Overall, this was not just an inconvenience—it turned into a stressful, expensive, and physically uncomfortable experience. I understand that issues can happen anywhere, but the lack of support and accountability afterward made this much worse.
Please be aware and take this into consideration when booking.

The best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time. Very clean, staff was great. Rooms were setup nice. Probably the comfiest bed I have slept on in a hotel. Would highly recommend.
