- EEEGMay 23, 20265.0We enjoyed our stay here very much! The lobby, the hallways, and our room were all very clean! The staff were always so friendly whenever we passed through the lobby. Rooms are relatively sound proof, however, people walking in the hallways as well as room doors closing were loud. However noises from inside the room weren't noticeable at all. Definitely would recommend this place and will return to this hotel when we're in Sioux falls!
- JPJacob ProbstMay 13, 20261.0Mandatory weekly house cleaning so they’ll just blatantly ignore the do not disturb sign. And when they do clean it’s barely anything so it is mainly just to infringe on your privacy. Walls like paper so good luck sleeping in. The staff will also throw your laundry in the trash if it’s in there for too long and then they’ll lie to you when you ask them if anyone turned them in. While knowing exactly where your clothes are. Please let the super old lady at the front desk retire or give her better training, she needs it. Don’t tell me we’ll check the lost and found when the person who threw my clothes away was caught on camera. This whole operation feels unprofessional. I don’t recommend staying here longer than a week because your stay will get worse the longer you do.
