- BHBrett Hagerman3 days ago4.0I really liked the hotel and it's location. Looks really great on the outside but the rooms definitely need an upgrade to fixtures, the bathroom is outdated and small amenities such as outlets near the bed sides etc. The staff however knew the lay of the land very well and were very accommodating! I would stay here again!

- MSMairet SandersAug 4, 20261.0The staff was nice however the room & hotel is very old & feels dirty. The worst part is the noise. I travel for work & this is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. I got 0 sleep my 1 night there for work because the room shook every time a car passed by, every door that opens creaks & is so loud. I could hear a baby crying all next door. My AC did not work nor did its fan & this was during the heatwave where temps hit 105. If you have to come to rapid city I highly suggest choosing somewhere else.
- EMEdward MorganJul 30, 20264.0Everything about the hotel was excellent except the noise. Motorcycles blast by at all times of the day and night, and trains go through a couple of times a day. The hotel even has a sign at the front desk offering earplugs (which work but are not comfortable for me). Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and prices there and in the bar were not inflated like many hotels. Rooms are serviced daily.
- JPJune PattisonJul 27, 20261.0On paper, sounds fab but they fail to mention the freight track which runs parallel to the hotel & the multiple trains which run overnight, hooting & tooting beyind belief. They are fully aware & admit to regularly having to move guests due to the noise. We had 3 rooms over 4 nights & ended up checking out early.
