  We were only there one night travelling through, but it would be very nice for a longer stay. Rooms are spacious and have seating area, kitchenettes, and large bathroom closet area. I did take advantage of the free laundry area. I would definitely stay again!

  Happy Hour Monday- Wednesday. Bridgette was so nice! Great hotel experience overall and dog friendly!

  Loved it. Room was great. Laundry was convenient and free(you buy your soap etc. Availble there) back patio was huge spectacular. Fire pit, open veiwpoint, 2 outdoor gas grill to cook on, comfy patio chairs.

  Great staying. We enter the room and first impression is Wow. It’s so nice and clean. I appreciate the thoughtful arrangement of the kitchen (kitchenware) along with the full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. It makes the difference specially when you have a baby. Room is definitely spacious. Good staff and housekeeping has done wonderful job. Complementary Hot breakfast is fantastic start of the morning. Bathroom is neatly packed with the outside vanity. This is the big deal for our staying. Plenty of space to park the Car. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks.

  If I could rate this location 100/5 stars, I would. This location far and away beats even the luxury and resort hotels in the region for value, location, and hospitality. Sure, you could pay a lot more, and probably get more at local alternatives, but I don't know that you get that much more, and I've yet to find an option which beats this Rapid City Staybridge suites on value. Usually, I wind up at other places, only because this one often books out from demand, even when everywhere else has a lull for occupancy. On my last stay, I had struck a deer on my way in and besides losing my right-front headlight, my brake system went on the fritz. As a result, I left my vehicle at a local dealership early on my check-in day to at least fix the brakes, but they couldn't guarantee the work would be complete same day. I accepted the dealer courtesy ride to Staybridge Suites Rapid City and arrived waaaaaaay before even the early check-in time. Management was super gracious and allowed me to enjoy breakfast while waiting to check-in when a room became available. I fully anticipated to cool my jets for the next several hours and work virtually from their lobby. And was very pleasantly surprised that within about an hour, management checked me in early to their first available room! As a hotel chain, Staybridge is an exceptional quality. And the Staybridge Suites in Rapid City is outstanding within it's own peer set. The management and staff are very personable, work hard to solve guest problems (even when it's one I arrived with that was not at all of their making!), and have gone out of their way to make things right on the few occasions I've encountered a coordination oversight between the staff that affected my experience. The ownership, management, and staff team at Rapid City Staybridge provide an excellent value and experience to their guests, whether we're guests as a family, or as solo professionals. The quality of service and food at breakfast, and the social evenings MON/TUE/WED each week, is a big help and happy vibe for both professional and family groups during their stay. I don't usually take the time to enjoy the gym, hot-tub, or pool, but on the occasions I have they are clean, well lit, and a great value to have available. I've gotten a lot of use from the guest laundry and appreciate that it's fully complimentary if you've brought your own travel detergent and supplies.
