  I'm staying here currently, I've stayed here a lot. I'm a gold elite member in their rewards. I'm pretty angry with the way the front desk spoke with me this evening and I don't recommend this place at all. I've never gotten a noise complaint until tonight. I keep to myself and the front desk lady called my hotel phone and said "Want to explain to me what's going on in your room?" I won't be talked to like a child. I will take my business elsewhere. My tv volume was at 15 and the room next to me can hear that? Why have a tv at all if the people next door will just complain? I'm done with this company. This was at 8.26PM. I don't recommend this place, not to anyone.

  Questo hotel ci è piaciuto tantissimo! La nostra camera era davvero enorme e il letto king size era incredibilmente comodo. Colazione con ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Pressione dell'acqua della doccia ottima e asciugacapelli perfettamente funzionante. Segnalo solo questi due aspetti: il condizionatore era molto rumoroso e non si riusciva a diminuire la potenza della ventola, e gli asciugamani forniti erano pochi (rispetto agli altri Holiday Inn nei quali siamo stati). Assolutamente consigliato!

  I spent 5 nights here, one more to go and have not had the room properly cleaned once. The second night I came to the lobby to tell them the trash was still there, the bathroom had not been cleaned at all, the carpet (yes there is still a carpet in the whole room) was not vacuumed, and the worst, the bed fitted sheet was out in my corner and it was still like that, the sheets wrinkled, the pillows have a terrible smell and today, night 5 I have again begged them to clean the room and change the sheets, we will see if at least my 6th night is a bit better. This is absolute unacceptable, even at a Holiday Inn. I will add pictures from the room tonite, let’s hope they are better than what they would have been any of these days. Ah! And according to the front desk, housekeeping leaves around 2 pm and the only service I got was for them to give me a Queen fitted sheet for me to do my own bed … that by the way, I clearly said was a king size… 🫩

  Not close to interstate. Tub does not drain well during shower. Nothing like standing ankle deep in dirty water at the end of your shower.

  I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights. The room was comfortable and met my expectations for the brand. However, I did encounter some issues with the amenities and service that I believe are worth sharing. The pool and hot tub were not in the best condition. There were bugs in the pool area, which was quite disappointing. We reported this to the front desk on our first night, and while they acknowledged it, the issues persisted. The outdoor door from the pool area was covered in bugs, and they remained throughout the weekend. The hot tub also had an unpleasant smell and foam, and it caused our swimsuits to smell afterward. Additionally, there were bugs in the hallway, which I understand can happen, but they seemed to stay in the same spots from Friday through Sunday, suggesting they weren't addressed promptly. I did notice some cleaning activity in the pool area on Sunday morning as we were leaving. The breakfast was okay on Saturday morning, but on Sunday, it was served cold, even though we arrived at 8 a.m., an hour after it started. The staff at the front desk on Friday and Saturday was friendly and polite. However, on Sunday, when we inquired about a late check-out, the response was somewhat abrupt, offering only an extra hour, which was fine since we didn't plan to stay much longer. When we checked out, the staff didn't ask how our stay was, and it felt a bit dismissive, as if we were a bother. Overall, I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn locations and have generally had positive experiences, so I was quite disappointed with this stay. I hope the management takes this feedback into account to improve cleanliness and guest service in the future. Avoid this location.
