  Sandra was amazing at the front desk upon check in. Super friendly and gave me good recommendations for local food/drinks. Room was good and comfortable. However, a crabby breakfast attendant in the morning was not very welcoming. The coffee machine was not working well and she seemed irritated that she had to help me with it. Her smart remarks were not very accommodating over a simple cup of coffee.

  Stayed here for one night in room 402 and overall had a very good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower combination instead of a walk-in shower. Personally, we prefer full showers, but everything was clean and fully stocked with the expected products and amenities. Breakfast was consistent with the standard Holiday Inn Express offerings, with a few extra hot items available during our stay including hash browns, potatoes, turkey sausage, and omelette-style eggs. The only thing we personally did not love was the cheese inside the eggs, which had a more processed liquid-style texture compared to other hotels we’ve recently stayed at. Other than that, everything was smooth and comfortable. Friendly atmosphere, clean property, and a solid overnight stop for travelers.

  We checked in for a two night stay. I received a phone call on the second day. The staff was wondering why my things were still in the room. Apparently there was a mix up off when we were checking out. That was taken care of properly. The room was clean and comfortable. However... the lady that was working the breakfast area was rude to my wife. My wife has neurological damage in one arm and dropped her plate on the floor. The lady working said that "she didn't expect that from an adult " my wife tried to apologize to her but deaf ears. The second morning I also seen the rainbow haired nose ring girl working the front desk being rude to an elderly man that was checking in. Rooms were good. Staff was less than professional.

  This is definitely the best Hotel around. Rooms were really clean and the front desk staff were fantastic and the Breakfast was incredibly good with plenty of options and the bacon and pancakes were next level.
