  We booked this stay as the price and location were right. I probably would not stay again though on a vacation with friends or family, as this stay seems more appropriate for someone on a business trip. Not necessarily kid friendly. The pool was not overly inviting; we were hesitant to get in the water as the water looked like it had a film on it and we weren't sure how clean the facility was. Breakfast was good, along with the coffee station. The floor in our room was filthy, but everything else was clean. The pull out couch did not pull out completely flat however, which was annoying. The shower in our bathroom made a big mess on the floor and the design of the bathroom was not the most convenient, but it was clean. The guests staying above us were loud and there was constant stomping around, but that is not the GrandStays fault. Location was really handy, as its easy to get in and out of the city if you're sightseeing or going out to shop/dine.

  Room was as advertised. Some days you had to wait for breakfast food to be cooked and brought out. Cooktop in room didn't work, called desk and they just said it's a touch screen. Didn't offer to help or send someone to look at it. Location was quiet. Exercise room was closed.

  The room could have been cleaner, I was convinced that the cleaner only made the bed and went out the door. The room was definitely starting to show its age like a hole in the bottom of one of the pocket doors. Walls are so thin you can hear people sneeze. Overall it wasn’t a horrible stay but they could take a little more pride in the property. Great quite location, that’s about it.

  Awesome location, central to badlands, deadwood, and other locations. Great service from Sixx very helpful all week and quick to help with all requests asked. Thanks

  Had a 1 night stay here before catching my flight home. A storm had just gone through and had knocked out the system but the receptionist, Sixx, didn't let that stop her. She knew what rooms were available and got us in a nice room with no issues. She was busy folding towels when we arrived and still busy working when we checked out in the morning. Great employee!
