  This was by far the absolute worse hotel experience we've ever had trucking across the US for years. Thanks GrandStay! NOT grand for sure. First, while parking upon arrival at night, some vagrant threw a glass bottle across the fence and barely missed us and our truck. It shattered all over the parking lot in the path we would take to leave and walk. We entered the hotel and told the girl at the checkin desk. She was absolutely unmoved or willing to do anything but tell her manager. They have cameras. She wouldn't call the police as I suggested. Made it very difficult to sleep wondering what would happen to our vehicle by morning. My husband had to actually go look around with his flashlight to make sure that no one was camped out across the fence. We picked up the big pieces of glass ourselves! Then the real nightmare began. The floors and walls in this place are paper thin and at midnight just as we were deep in sleep some 500 lb elephant above us decided to slam their feet into the floor and stomp all the way across their room many many many many many times back and forth to the bathroom flushing the toilet and taking a shower in the middle of the night which flowed through a wall in our room. We banged on the ceiling a few times. Why didn't we call the front desk? Read above. That girl was not interested in guest comfort and would just 'tell her manager'. No bodywash in the container in the shower and I had not brought any soap. Cuz there's usually soap for a shower. Again, couldn't really call the front desk while I'm standing in the shower. The breakfast was ALL CARBS AND SUGAR. Not one protein except for the little flakes of supposed sausage in the paste they call gravy. The yogurt dispenser wasn't working or was out. Told the morning manager again about our arrival and again no offer of refund, nothing they could do, traffic police called in the morning supposedly but nothing they can do. AND THE DAMN GLASS WAS STILL NOT CLEANED UP WHEN WE LEFT. DO NOT STAY HERE.

  Room was dirty. I advise bringing your own towel, as these are small and thin. Rusty bathroom. Extremely dirty floor. I ended up asking for a mop and bucket to clean it myself (the staff was very nice and apologetic about it!!). Dishes in the dishwasher are covered in food. The soaps are out in the shampoo dispensers. TV in bedroom didn’t work, couch was dirty and cushions not put in correctly. Location was nice. Very meager options for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed having a kitchen though! No basket for laundry like the staff member said there would be. Pool was small, but heated. Enough for one large family to fit in, like 6 people max. Hot tub was nice. In theory I’d like to stay here again, but I just don’t know if the the kitchenette outweighs everything else.

  This hotel made the trip terrible. We were staying here three nights and had booked through a 3rd party site and the hotel charged me 7 different times for random things. I was supposed to pay $166 a night because I had booked for 3 nights which with fees and such i figured would be $550 or so and instead was over $800 for random things, and when I had asked what the charges were for they couldn't tell me. DONT STAY HERE!!! The food was also cold and bland. The location was fine but sketchy people would wander around the parking lot. There was also a random sock in the sheets and left over moldy strawberries in the fridge. Floors were absolutely nasty. The toilet seat moved everytime you sat on it. The pool was more cloudy than the sky and the hot tub had no bubbles at all. The showers water pressure actually hurt. I wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it.

  Great location, bad rooms and unhelpful and rude front desk. They advertise good prices to then charge you a bunch of fees and taxes. Our $167 a night stay turned into over $800 for three nights. TVs barely work so hope you brought your Roku. Furniture will move from a feather pushing on it so hope you like sitting in motion sickness. Cheap appliances barely keeps my food cold, pretty sure they’re from the 80s. Last but not least the foggy foggy pool, it legit looked gray so we never went swimming, bubbles in the hot tub are non existent so hope you like taking a bath with strangers.

  My stay at this hotel was nothing short of awful. On the very first day, I discovered there was no warm water in my room. The next morning, the maintenance person spent over an hour just trying to understand the issue, and after all that wasted time, I was told I had to move to a different room on another floor. This whole process ruined half of my vacation day, and the new room wasn’t any better. It wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bathtub kept filling with water because the drain didn’t work. Overall, it was the most pathetic start to a vacation I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
