I family and I had a wonderful stay this past weekend (Oct. 9-11th) I was very pleased with the friendly and attentive staff. Yvette at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and personable. We did unfortunately run into noisy neighbors underneath us who woke us up at 4am. I went down to the front desk and they got security to handle the situation. They were quiet and I was able to get to bed. The staff went above and beyond for me when I was not feeling my best and were accommodating for me. Security was most helpful. My family and I look forward to when we return to Rapid City again and hope to return for another stay. Oh! I do recommend maybe turning the heat up in the hot tub. Haha...otherwise. keep up the great work.

The person infront gave us a room on the second floor with no elevator and Iam on a wheelchair. My husband need to carry me and my wheelchair up the flight of stairs. The bathroom is small and cant fit my wheelchair so I have to crawl just to go to the bathroom. That bathtub is also another story cause I cant go and take a shower no chair or any accommodation what so ever.

This hotel is extremely weirdly layed out. There is no free breakfast. There is a water park that is pretty good for kids, the big tub slides actually were very fun. The regular pool and hot tub were also good, the hot tub was really warm / hot, but kind of small. One major down side to this hotel would be the shower supplies in your room. Very very small one use shampoo and conditioner bottles, pointless if you have 2 or more people trying to shower.

This was a last minute booking after a long travel day. It started with a very long check in time due to only having one receptionist on the desk in the early evening. She was friendly and handled the large volume. However, my room number was said a loud with a queue of individuals behind me. Thankfully, my husband was traveling with me but that was unexpected and a safety concern. The property and rooms needs improvement. The carpets in the common areas are frayed and there are no signs directing to room numbers in the main space. (Thank goodness for the map!) The bathroom in our room needs some TLC. The door is difficult to close and shows signs of heavy water damage with peeling wood at the bottom. The location is great, but this is not a space I would choose to stay again.
