  We received excellent service from Brandie and Alaysia when we arrived on our first day. They were both very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was warm, fresh, and very good. Whenever we stopped by the front desk, there was always someone friendly to greet us and offer help. This is truly a welcoming and friendly place to stay while traveling. We really enjoyed our experience and would be happy to stay here again!

  The Staff here are some of the rudest most disrespectful I've ever encountered. On our way through for a funeral we stopped yo stay here. How childish does your grown breakfast staff have to be to harass teen girls and make fun of them. We had slept in after a long drive and with 5 min left one of the women remarked that the girls better hurry, there's 2 minutes left, as they were getting their food. The other lady remarked how she couldnt believe how rude the teenagers were to come down at this time to grab some breakfast. The other one watched her watch and as soon as it hit 10am she closed the lid, while our daughter we getting her food and wouldn't let her finish. The whole time laughing at them. Youre literally going to throw it away, but no thanks for your asinine behavior! Absolutely uncalled for as if our reasoning for coming through wasn't stressful enough!!

  This place is A1 from the moment you reserve it. Everyone who works here is friendly. The facility and Tom’s are spotless. The laundry room is clean and cheap! The pool is perfect.

  We are definitely Best Western customers & rightly so. We get excellent service & comfortable bed. Staying in Rapid City for our first time & for a week, there’s alot of staff members that deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work & service to customers. Had the pleasure of speaking with Senenity over the phone the day of our arrival, very friendly and willing to help with directions, she was extremely helpful as we checked in, took extra time to explain the hotel and area. We were greeted with a smile & a hello on every time we passed thru the lobby that was genuine, Senenity is definitely the right person for your front lobby. We were also introduced to Barbie who also managed the front desk, she has such a bubbly happy attitude that just makes you want to smile. Brandie the assistant manager was extremely helpful when we had a late evening request, went up and above to bring new pillows to our room. Appreciated her making sure the next day shift got our request and followed through. Thats great customer service to insure satisfaction. Gloria the room attendant was more than happy to help me with additional towels and others on the 4th floor were all accommodating when we need additional items since we didn’t need our room cleaned daily. Overall, the room was super clean, extremely spacious with comfortable bed and couch. Appreciate the extra coffee table and bed bench to store our items on, two large screen TV’s, the towels are a lot to talk about, they are the best towels we’ve come across staying at hotels, wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels are very large in size and soft, very noticeable & appreciated. The hotel is located in a great area, felt safe, lots of lights in the parking lot, plenty of restaurants and gas stations, three highways going different places which made sight seeing easy to access. Enjoyed the delicious coffee that was available in the lobby all day and night with lots of other options, decaf, variety of tea, hot cocoa and all the creamers etc. One item we’ve never seen utilized at a hotel but it’s a fantastic item are the carts like they provide at airports for luggage, we didn’t need to use them but we saw families checking in/out and what an asset for them. Lobby provided a lot of sight seeing/what to do material and maps which was a great help, we didn’t need to go anywhere else for information. The breakfast was a great addition and very convenient so we didn’t have to go out, large variety of hot and cold items, the waffle mix had a delicious flavor, everything was well stocked and resupplied by Roseanna, her husband and daughter made everything perfect every morning. Great weeks stay and we were thankful to all the staff at Best Western Plus who made things easy for us

  We had a great stay at the Best Western Plus in Rapid City. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable, and any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in the area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rapid City.
