- JHJenny HansonAug 17, 20265.0My family had a quick weekend in Madison, SD and stayed here. I would recommend this Best Western Plus over and over! Very clean, extremely kind staff, and the accommodations are lovely. The continental breakfast was so well done, with staff promptly restocking as items as they ran low. The pool and hot tub were well kept and clean to use. If I had to offer an area to improve would be the lighting both in the building and the rooms. The lights are VERY bright in both the hotel and the rooms. My fault for forgetting the night-light while traveling with kids, but it would've been nice to have at least 1 light in the room that was dimmer than the rest.

The night manager Abby was the only person who had rooms and she was so kind and caring especially for a random panicked call at 12 in the morning and a 1 am check in. The beds were great, the bathroom is great, the AC is COLD which after having slept without AC for a week was a fantastic plus

- AKAngie KJul 21, 20265.0Very clean, everything about this place was clean, from the rooms, lobby, pool, the grounds, and hallways, absolutely everything was clean! I have scent allergies and nothing here was perfumed, it was just clean. That is so refreshing! These places are so special to people like me, I am use to bringing my own pillow and blankets because of this, I did not need too here! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. Sure do love the Midwestern welcome 🤗 It just happened to be an incredibly busy weekend while we were there and the staff handled everything very well. I will be back in this area and this will be where I will be staying! Thank you for such a great stay!
