  We stayed during Sturgis The breakfast was great and they have a machine 24/7 with the option of coffee / decaf / hot water. They also had two different creamers and half and half with cups in lids in the lobby. Also ice water and cups. That was really nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower was fine It had a bigger refrigerator and a little microwave. There was also a bar sink, which was convenient when someone is in the bathroom and you need a sink. The ice machine worked fine. If you are there during Sturgis it is going to be loud. But. You know that.

  Wonderful stay. Right downtown, the parking was about two blocks away but felt secure since you had to have a code for the gate to open. The hot tub was nice and clean. The breakfast what's typical hotel food. Very enjoyable hotel will definitely use again.

  unprofessional management both the assistant general manager and the general manager will not be recommending this hotel to anybody, including all of my friends that go up to Sturgis, both assistant manager, and general manager, need to take classes on how to be more professional towards the public and it’s guests. If anybody needs any better recommendations of hotels, please let me know.

  If you want terrible Customer Service, this is the place to go. If you want to listen to rude general, managers, and assistant general managers. This is the place for you. This is a very unprofessional hotel. It’s sad when they’re not even willing to help the Customer or even compromise to something that we could both agree on. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and this is the worst one. I’ve ever experienced. So if this is something that you enjoy. This is the location for you to go. They should change the name to the disrespectful Inn. I can’t wait to hear the response of that. They’re always driving to improve and that they will take this into consideration and I’m sure I’ll get a. I’m sorry that you weren’t satisfied. Also included in this, but they weren’t. Sorry when they were talking all that mess.

  After driving more than eight hours, we arrived hopeful for a restful stay. Instead, we were greeted by a room determined to remain at a steady 74 degrees, no matter how many buttons we pressed or prayers we whispered. The air conditioning was broken, and the hotel’s solution was to provide a fan so loud it could probably qualify as a small aircraft. Not quite the serene welcome one expects after a full day on the road. As platinum members, we were supposed to receive a marketplace snack. Instead, we were handed an expired nut mix retrieved from somewhere behind the counter. Nothing says “valued guest” quite like a stale snack past its prime. Breakfast proved equally adventurous. On two consecutive mornings, the oatmeal vanished long before reasonable breakfast hours—apparently accessible only to those willing to set an alarm at 6:30 a.m. Bagels? None. The offering was a supermarket packet of bread that looked like it was purchased in a hurry and with minimal enthusiasm. And just when we thought the surprises were over, after finally receiving a room change on the second day, we discovered an extra charge added after we had already left the hotel. A bold strategy, to say the least. In summary, the hotel feels dated, disorganized, and impressively committed to delivering the opposite of a comfortable stay—particularly disappointing for platinum members. A memorable visit, though not in the way one might hope.
